My water heater had to be replaced. They got me a high quality one and installed it the day after I called. Thank goodness because it was leaking and would have caused a flood in my basement. Fast and very knowledgeable-they'll be servicing my a/c and furnace from now on.

They came out to service my water heater and heating system. I told them we had a boiler system when we made appt. Then tech showed up and said we don’t sell these so I can’t service them. Waste of time and money. I paid upfront with their subscription service, and they ensured me I would be able to apply to new house. They also didn’t service the water heater.

Furthermore, when they did work at my previous home, they installed new furnace BUT did they connect it to the electrical system. My husband’s brother had to come out and finish the job, and he found they didn’t replace key fittings as well.

The technician was on time, got to work immediately and was in and out in 15 minutes. Very nice young man, polite and thorough.

Goodfellas Heating & AC has the greatest staff. Everyone I have worked with so far has been responsive, helpful and very professional. I have not had to call them yet on a repair, and so I cannot really say if they are responsive for repairs. But, for all maintenance work, they have been wonderful. I also had a humidifier installed. All my questions were answered on the operation. Prices seem to be reasonable as well.

Great service. Had an issue with the furnace while away from home and they came to the house to inspect and solve the issue. Perfect when you need the help during the holidays. Mike was very nice on the phone. Highly recommended.

GoodFellas gave me a quote literally thousands of dollars cheaper than the other contractors I contacted for a mini-split installation.

The team that came out for the actual installation was professional and efficient.

Goodfellas did an amazing job at cleaning my vents! We had been getting sick about every 3 weeks and since they have been cleaned we haven't been sick. Isaiah was very professional and explained the process well. Was even very personable and made it not awkward to have an unknown person in my home. The scheduler was awesome as well! Listened to what I needed and was able to get me in pretty quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vent cleaning!

The technicians were efficient, friendly, and informative. Goodfellas allowed me to reschedule without a missed appointment charge. I was in the hospital for the first appointment date and I forgot to call to reschedule. I will definitely call on Goodfellas for service and/or sales in the future.

Replaced hot water tank. Originally did not respond when I called about a small leak in a connection. They did respond since; apologized for a/the mixup and fixed the problem. Anyone can make a small error, the important is that they fix it. All is well now.
