AJ came out and tried to repair our old furnace, he was knowledgeable and professional. We ended up needing a new furnace, so while we were at it we scheduled a duct cleaning too. AJ was able to get us a next-day appointment for the work. THANK YOU!

Isaiah and Mike installed the new furnace in half a day, while the other Isaiah cleaned the ducts. They all did a wonderful job, explaining what they did, how everything works and testing it all. They also put the house back together clean, sanitized and smelling great. HUGE thanks to the Goodfellas team! :)

Isaiah Henry and James Duncan arrived on time to clean our air ducts. They were both professional and kept me informed of what they were doing. Isaiah showed me pictures of my ducts before cleaning and after. What a difference!! James hand cleaned each of the vents. I will definitely use them again! They did a great job!

We had our ducts cleaned and an ac tune up and enrolled in their preventive maintenance package (good value). The two techs, Isaiah and AJ, were professional, friendly and efficient. Our house feels so much cleaner. We loved seeing a few before and after pictures!

Mike, Michael, and Isaiah replaced our furnace and did some repairs to make our HVAC system much more efficient. They were honest, efficient, timely and left everything looking and working great. We really feel well taken care of and appreciate their business so much! We will absolutely be using them for vent cleaning and maintenance in the future.

I had Goodfellas come out to do a check/tune up on a unit I knew was at least close to end-of-life. 20 years old--a bit overdue as it turns out. It was leaking low-level carbon monoxide from the heat exchanger, directly into the vents. And who knows for how long?! Get those annual checkups and keep your CO detectors fresh! But these guys took amazing care of me--turned around a new install the next day, and it only took them a couple of hours once they arrived, with a no interest pmt plan. Fast, professional, friendly, respectful, listened to my specific concerns and took care of everything and then some. Couldn't ask for anything more from an outstanding local business. I have used Goodfellas for a number of years. The last few visits A.J. was my tech. A.J. is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Throughout his visit he explained everything he was doing and pointed out some things to keep an eye on.

My water heater started leaking within days of installing new walls and carpeting in my basement! I was in a panic, and the supervisor who answered my call talked me through what to do and what was probably the problem. His help and advice really calmed me down and we were able to mitigate the issue. He and AJ came out the next day and replaced the heater. Our heater was extra-large, so they had to go to some trouble to get it on a Saturday morning, but Mike went above and beyond! No damage to my basement! They were very helpful, responsive, and answered a million questions. We will be calling them whenever we have a plumbing need. Great service and very nice guys! Thanks a million!

Scott was on time and went straight to work. He performed the maintenance, and gave us a summary when he left. He was personable and pleasant. He wore the "carpet booties" to keep my carpets clean (and I didn't have to ask). I will definitely use Goodfellas again! Thank you.

RESOLVED: They found their tool was not calibrated correctly and will be fixing it. - These guys were supposed to come out for a simple cleaning and instead shut off our system due to a gas and carbon monoxide reading and quoted thousands of dollars to replace both our AC and Heating units. We had a second company come out for a second opinion and they found absolutely nothing and cleaned it for us for less than these guys charge.

We use them for our duct/furnace cleanings and they are very professional and explain the process. We will continue to use them. We enjoy having a business relationship with Goodfellas and the ladies in office are Great! both Kendra and Deserae.
