Goodfellas is a local family owned company that we were so happy to support! We called to get our ducts, vents and main line cleaned and we were so happy with the result, we decided to book a 3 years servicing with them. The Technicians were friendly, informative, prompt and clean. And the initial call for a quote was much better customer service than other companies I called. Michael and Isaiah were professional, kind, and efficient. They installed a new hot water heater for us in less than an hour (We had drained it ahead of time to save some time.) They answered all of our questions, respected our home by closing the door and cleaning up, and we paid the exact price that they quoted (which was a fair price.)
We would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We've used them twice - once for a furnace tune-up and once for an A/C tune-up. Both times we have received truly excellent service. Our technician, Michael, always provides thorough feedback on the functioning of our system in addition to tips re: how to prolong the life of our units. Goodfellas is never pushy/never give the impression they are trying to sell you something. Rather they provide honest and reliable feedback that I truly appreciate. They are always on time and communicate thoroughly about appointments and post-appointment follow ups. I would recommend them to anyone.

Initially, Goodfellas was called to do AC repair? But I found out the unit/fan and condenser were not working. o I needed to replace the entire unit. I received a bid to include rebate from Xcel. The installer came and more changes were needed: location of the unit, different sized copper pipe, etc. It was an entire day but the unit was installed. They did a nice job with a couple issues. My breaker panel door was not put back on but more importantly, 2 fuses were not turned back on. Luckily, I noticed it this morning but sadly, it was to my freezer/refrigerator in the garage!! Finally, the bifold door to my mechanical room was broken?

I purchased 2 Groupons for furnace inspection, tune-up and cleaning and hot water heater flushing and refilling. I used this company last year with no issues. This year the company refused to honor the Groupons because I have coverage with Home Smart. It appears as they are only interested in your business if you agree to purchase a service plan with them.

I have used Goodfellas for many years. Usually they clean my furnace and air conditioner. This last visit they cleaned my air ducts. I have worked with many of their service men as well as office staff. I have always—without exception—had a pleasant experience with each person I have come in contact with. They are professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, on time, they put little covers on their shoes… I honestly cannot think of any improvements. Oh yes. They charge a fair price. On my last visit Isaac and Alex came. They were great. I wasn’t surprised because all of their people are great. I highly recommend Goodfellas.

Scheduled appointment to check AC for summer. That was 2mo ago. Appt has been rescheduled multiple times. Last time was today. Confirmed appt yesterday. Still sitting here after just receiving call to reschedule, AFTER service window closed. This call came after I had arranged my day to be home for scheduled service...AGAIN. I don't know about the quality of their service since I received no service.

I am selling my home and needed my furnace to be serviced and tuned up for the inspection. I had another local heating and cooling company cancel on me twice. I found Goodfellas on Groupon, called them and they were able to get me in immediately. I don't remember the name of the tech, but he was fast, clean, polite and thorough. I'm very happy with Goodfellas, and if I wasn't moving out of the area I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you all for your prompt response and assistance.
