The company - Great service, no high pressure or hidden cost. The people - From the time I called to set up the appointment to the completed job - communication was great! Extra kudos to Tony (the technician) he was professional, friendly and explained to me how and what he was doing to clean my furnace. What a great experience!!

We have used the Goodfellas Team for several projects. They’ve cleaned our air vents, they installed/relocated a new water heater and installed a new furnace. We have two dogs and a 9 month old - they were very flexible and respectful of our family schedule. The staff we met were nice, professional and easy to work with. These guys are amazing! I came to them last minute in urgent need of assistance getting the A/C working for my business, they were on it right away & had my issue resolved in less than an hour! GF's did a good job installing new furnace. Friendly & respectful. Price was okay.
The install required follow-up because new furnace was very loud in my small condo. They came back twice to turn down power & thus some of noise. I was satisfied w this. The other problem w noise was the air intake register. Months later and many follow-up ph calls on my part, I still have a hole in my wall.
Just hope your furnace is boiler-plate w no follow-up needs.

On 2/17/19, in the middle of the night our furnace was making this awful noise and stop providing heat. I woke up, changed the air filter, turned the power off, waited a few minutes and then turned power back on, and sure enough it kicked on. However, since we are original homeowners we realized that the furnace was 17 years old. So we decided to have it inspected and serviced. The next day we contacted Goodfellas and they came out that same day. That was AWESOME. Unfortunately, that is where the good news stops. The service call lasted about 15 minutes... All end when they were leaving, we were told that our Inducer motor was pulling too many amps but all in all it is fine. The technician said that he could replace it and if we signed up for the yearly maintenance agreement, it would cut the cost. He had no idea why it stopped and made the loud noise in the middle of the night. I also told him that when the furnace runs, after about 10 minutes, it will turn off and go on delay for 2 minutes. I even showed him my nest thermostat where it says, “the furnace stops multiple times, it is time to have it serviced.” The technician blew that off and offered no suggestions. At the end of the appointment, I asked him to give me a quote on a new furnace and possibly a price to relocate the unit. As of today I have not received that quote. And on top of that, my furnace is still starting and stopping…..

The techs were very respectful and concerned for my safety during these Covid times. They wore their masks all the time they were here. They explained what they were doing and why. The were very careful with the hoses not to damage any of my furniture. They were very helpful in answering my questions about the possibility of purchasing their electrostatic filter. I greatly appreciated their honesty.

Our AC went out during a heat wave (of course). Turns out it was due to an issue with our furnace blower. Our regular HVAC service provider was booked solid for 45 days, so we called Goodfellas. They were out within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and got us cool again! Definitely recommend!

Last week my AC began struggling to keep up with the 100 degree days. Friday I went to Groupon and happened upon Good Fellas Plumbing and Heating. Today their technician Troy came out and was very friendly and helpful. Troy took the time to explain which function each component played in our AC running. Troy was honest in his findings which anyone can appreciate. Not having the same education about these systems it would be easy to be duped into paying for expensive repairs that are not necessary.

I will be saving their information for future services and highly recommend their business based on this experience!
