Our next-door neighbor referred us to the Best Heating and Air Conditioning, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The technician did an amazing job and was very thorough. He came back after the installation to make sure everything was clean and in working order. We're very happy with this company.

Dan was amazing! Our air conditioning went out and we woke up to a hot house. I called The Best Heating And Air Conditioning was at the house within an hour and had my air conditioning up and running in 30 minutes. As a mom of two kids this was exceptional. He also charged a fair price and was very kind and considerate.

My experience with this company was a fantastic one. Dan came to our home and provided valuable advice, and helped us choose a high efficiency furnace unit. The installation was done the next day and we are very happy with the professional service we have received. I have already recommended them to my friend who needs the same service.

This company has made and broken 4 appointments with us. They told us we needed to pay for the yearly coverage so we wouldn’t have to pay for the service fee. They got the money and then never showed up. I have been without air conditioning for a week and a half. They have yet to give any explanation other than “that appointment shouldn’t have been made—we don’t work those hours”. Their solution—we’ll have a manager call you. That didn’t happen either. I will be reporting fraud to my bank and to the BBB.

I have always received great service from Jackson and his company. They are reliable, friendly and responsive.The technician was highly knowledgeable. He explained everything and the steps that he was following during the inspection. He also gave me the reason on all the steps that he had followed when repairing the vent. He answered all of my questions with patience. Thanks, I highly recommend them.

It took technicians a few shots to finally figure out what was wrong with my furnace, but these guys were persistent and never gave up until they discovered the problem They gave me a guarantee of three months of free service and repair if things still aren't working well. But fortunately, up to date my furnace has never had any problem or misbehaved in any way meaning they did a thorough and perfect job. I fully recommend them

I called late Friday and the gentleman was very courteous and polite. Tech came out on a Saturday and promptly diagnosed and repaired my heat, which had gone out. He walked me thru every step of the process, so that l knew what l was paying for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of HVAC work done.

Good guys that really know their business. My HVAC was 28 years old which threw a few obstacles up. They handled it In 1day. They stayed on it for 6 hours and ran back for additional parts. All to make sure I had heat tonight. Highly recommend The Best Heating And Air Conditioning.

I was very impressed by the two technicians that came to our home on Saturday.James and Alex were very helpful and did a professional job in taking care of our vent cleaning. They were extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend!!

No showed on four separate appointments with no notice or call to say why. Would not let me speak to a manager to sort out why this happened. Completely unprofessional.
