During every phase of the project, Jay diligently kept us updated. If anything came up that changed what was previously discussed, he was calling us. And even after he realized we were a little off in predicted Xcel rebates, he honored his original pricing. And that was AFTER we offered to cover the difference.

From start to finish, Jay (and Tony) presented themselves with professionalism, honesty, and patience in addressing our numerous questions. Smiley Air & Heat is incredible!! My fiancé and I moved into a house that had an old furnace and NO AC. We received 5 different quotes, but no one impressed us like Jay Smiley did. We can't be happier with the service we received from Smiley Air and Heat! Jay is an amazing person! Our ac decided to choose this year to go out on us. I am proud to say we are the first family to receive the complimentary install by being the 17th install! Jay installed a brand new ac unit, all new lines, ducting, and a new furnace at absolutely no cost to us because we were his 17th install! The promotion is no joke! I had to have an unused gas line removed and capped, to complete our home inspection. Jay came out and got it capped off and removed. When he was testing it for gas leakage, he checked all the devices running off gas and found that the flex going to our hot water heater was registering on his gas detector. He troubleshoot it and replaced the flex pipe. Jay meticulously and thoroughly checked and tested all the gas connections, making sure we were good to go. Jay could have run in and run out, doing only what we originally asked for; but took the time to make sure our equipment was safe and functioning properly. I recommend Jay with Smiley Air & Heat we were in need of a furnace and we got several estimates from big companies that we're charging outrageous prices . We called Jay Smiley he came out did an inspection and gave us an estimate which was surprisingly cost effective. Decided to hire him for the job and decided to add A/C he and his crew came out on time installed the furnace and a/C efficiently,they we're careful with our floors and did a good job cleaning up I highly recommend his company thanks Jay and Andy.

Jay did an amazing job and was very efficient installing our new AC and furnace after we moved into our home and found the unit needed to be replaced. It was a stressful situation but he did a great job was competitive in price and even included a free upgrade to our thermostat.

I reached out tonight at 10:30pm when I realized my furnace was not working. I was in panic mode with record low temps forecast for the next few days. Jay was at my house within the hour and had us up and running within minutes. Once we were running he stayed and checked the full system and then reviewed with me all of the things that he did and what to watch out for in the future to prevent it from shutting off again. Jay was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I will be using him for all of my future heating and cooling needs!

Jay has installed all brand new duct work, new furnace and a/c in my house, and was beyond reasonable. He is very knowledgeable about his field and never made me feel as though he was all about the money and always acts with integrity. I highly recommend him.
