Richard and Destin did a fantastic job tuning up the furnace. They taught me about the humidifier and showed me how to replace the filter so the house won’t get as dry as it did last winter. Very professional and knowledgeable.

There was a recall on a part of our HVAC and Service Experts came to do the repair. Harrison was on time, friendly, and finished the work quickly. We appreciated that he carefully tested everything before he left. Would highly recommend.

My HVAC system had some sort of recall. Goodman sent me some replacement parts and Jordan P. from service experts came out and installed the new parts. He was super professional, quick and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company and will likely subscribe for yearly maintenance through them.

Manny and who’s partner (so forgot name) came out to gather the data regarding the recall. They both were very polite.
My issue is more with management and communication around time line. I had 8-noon time given and it was around 2. I had to call to ask then an hour later I got a call for the office asking if they could be out in an hour. They needed to notify sooner.

Stay away from this company. I had them come out to take a look at my furnace, and they tried to upsell my a new device or a service plan. When I mentioned that I only needed to get it working, they said they would do this and that, left without checking whether the furnace was working, and charged me $149. When I called back for them to return, I had a long discussion with the technician, after the dispatcher told me they would check the furnace again. I explained to him that the furnace did not work after they left, and he wanted me to pay him for another service call. It is extremely unprofessional to demand another payment after they did not fix the issue. If you stumble across this company, I would suggest finding a different provider.
