Richard and Conner were great. Came for an annual service. They were clean, friendly, and efficient. After the service they explained the areas of risk with our current furnace, and options to consider, without any sales pressure. Would recommend them.

My husband and I signed up for the membership and it's been well worth it. We just had Danny and Jonathan over to do a review (for free, as check ups come with the membership) on the furnace before the winter months. They were friendly and efficient!

Last year, Goodman reported a Heater recoil recall on our HVAC system. After receiving the recall parts and having the appointment scheduled, we had Harrison from Service Experts come out to perform the repair. Harrison was attentive, professional, and friendly. He helped me understand the issue and answered all of my questions. Excited to hear Service Experts offers a monthly maintenance subscription. Will consider after today's experience. Put a part in it didn't fix the stove they charged me for a special order part never showed back up never would speak to me on the phone I told him I would pay for the service call but not for the parts which I already paid him $350 for the part never got a refund never got anybody to respond at all the operator or the secretary answered but nobody else ever called back the resolve this
