I wanted to be sure to leave a review because I’m very happy with the work and equipment I received by CMS. I had Dominic come out to look at my furnace that wasn’t working . We tried a few parts to try to keep my furnace working but it was over 20+ years old and needed to get replaced. Aj came over and gave me and my wife a fair quote and we scheduled install of our new Carrier furnace. Dario was the tech who came to install our furnace. I needed him to come a little early because I was recently in a car accident and needed to go to my doctor. He came early was very respectful and installed my equipment in no time. He cleaned up the area where the old furnace was and the new furnace was installed wonderfully and is currently warming my home in the cold weather we have been having . The front end was very responsive and helpful at getting my furnace checked out and they didn’t give me the run around as I’ve had with other companies . Nikki and Janis were amazing and worked with my busy schedule . They were one of the best company’s I’ve ever worked with and wanted to leave this review In hopes that helps you if your looking to have someone to come out and resolve your heating or cooling issue . I don't usually take the time to write online reviews, but Brien and his team at Carroll Mechanical Services certainly deserve a special mention.

Our townhome needed a new AC unit. While researching replacement options and costs, I ended up speaking with 5 different local companies. I kept getting mixed information - lots of upselling and misleading statements on what would work for our home. All in all, it was a frustrating process.

Of all the people I spoke to, Brien - by far - gave me the most peace of mind. Not only did he top everyone in terms of price, but he was very knowledgeable, and his attentiveness and customer service were second-to-none. I had a lot of questions because of the changes in industry standards (Jan. 2023), and he went above and beyond in answering them - even calling me at one point with a Carrier rep on the line to go over the details of the changes and units. He was true to his word - an aptly described "handshake" businessman - and just the fact that I was able to talk to the owner (rather than less-knowledgable employees at other places) was refreshing. I'd highly recommend his services over the bigger outfits in the Longmont area.

Carroll Mechanical has been our go to HVAC installer and servicer for the last 10+ years. Time and time again their technicians and office staff have proven themselves knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and friendly. Stop scrolling and just call Carroll Mechanical -- you'll be glad you did.

They were all very professional honest and affordable Fred the technician and both gentlemen he brought were great! They even cleaned up and hauled away all the unneeded equipment. Not to mention Janis and Nicole in the office are very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with and Brian the owner explained everything and made us very comfortable with the services they were providing!!! We will definitely be using them again for all our future needs!

Great company with skilled workers. I had to move an AC unit at my house and had several companies out to quote the job. Carroll was the only company not trying to quote a brand new furnace. Had a couple companies say moving the unit wasn’t possible.

Would refer to anyone.

These guys installed a new furnace and AC in my place three years ago. It was a good experience and what I think is a fair price.

What really sets then apart is the service. We just had our board go bad in the AC and it feels like they worked day and night to get us up and running again. Critical for a 100 degree week in June.

Seriously-- people at my house 30 minutes after calling. Amazing service.

Brien Carroll of Carroll Mechanical Services did a Furnace Service/Cleaning for me and did a great job. I couldn't believe how much ash and debris he removed from my furnace. He also did a multi-point checkup on my old furnace, and he said it's good to go. He didn't try and sell me a new furnace, even though he did point out that my furnace is less than efficient. I just tried Carroll Mechanical for the 1st time and had a great experience. I am a property manager and have recently seen some HVAC companies being misleading and trying to rip people off. It was a very refreshing change of pace to work with Carroll mechanical.

I like to support local, family-owned businesses. Carroll Mechanical, and the owner Brien, have been very easy to work with, and taken pains to make sure everything was done right. Installation of high-efficiency furnaces is complex. Make sure you find a good installer that has a lot of experience with the brand. These guys do. Highly recommended!

We have been customers of Carroll Mechanical Services for many years and should have written this review long ago. This is a rare group of service providers who not only do top notch work on furnaces, water heaters etc., but sincerely care about their customers. During a recent health emergency our furnace stopped working and the whole team rallied in one day to get a part and come back after hours to get our home warm and toasty. Brian, the owner, should be proud of the culture he’s created and the old school personal service he’s offering.
