π But, I had bad experience with one technician Mr.AARON at May 11th 2022 Wednesday.
Aaron came to my house for AC Tune up. First he checked on basement at side furnace part. After that we went out side to check AC. He worked some out side and went to turn temperature of AC at the living room. The AC run started. I noticed also went basement after that stop running AC. After that we both went to the basement and he told me that the main furnace switch is loose, not working and he tapped electric tape the that switch. Aaron and me we both came to out side AC unit and he told me that it should be do diagnosis and will cost $99. 00 I told him Iβm member of this company and he said the price $ 79.00 for the member. I denied to diagnosis recent and told him Iβll schedule for next time. He left the work with out running the AC. I feel bad and came at the tension. It was hot out side 87 F degree.
Than me and my wife went down basement. I opened the AC unit and started checking the wire my self. There is a row of wire connecting points, every points were tide screwed except one. That one point was loose and disconnected from the point. Me and my wife discussed and put that wire to the disconnected point. After that my AC outside unit started running. There was nothing wrong with the Furnace switch that already taped. After the I took off out that tape and threw it. Now it's running smoothly. I don't know what was in technician AARON's mind.........β¦? Why he left his job without incomplete work π€π€

Phenomenal service! Dominic was very clear about the service needed and the quote. His work was quick and very professional! Pretty sure the pipe repair he did will outlast the house itself.

Craig was very polite and respectful. He answered all our questions thoroughly. Bought heating and cooling systems through Rock. They installed a faulty thermostat but when we discovered it was bad, we called and they came right out to replace it. Craig went through and explained how the thermostat works and all the in and outs of the thermostat. Great job Craig

Brayden and Jason were professional and courteous. They were fast clean and informative. Hopefully I don't have any future need of service but Rock will be my company as needed.

Intentionally bad work? I used rock for an annual spring service on my ac. I even became a member of their club. I have a higher end filter that uses reusable/cleanable filters (trane cleaneffects). Hiring a professional company that talks about trust should know how to service it.
The first photo is what is should look like the second one is what one of their techs did. If I had not looked I would have had essentially no filter all summer. Itβs so bad it must have been intentionally bad work, right?

Our technician Kaile Stanley was very professional and friendly and answered all of our questions for us. Would definitely work with him again!
The downside to using Rock plumbing is there prices are very expensive! $99 just to come out to your house before doing any work!

Josh did a great job walking through the equipment, the costs, the benefits, and the timeline.
Michael, Phaylan, and Casey did a great job walking me through the install, executing, testing, and making sure I was comfortable with the tech at the end.
Overall very satisfied and would recommend Rock Heating to anyone who asked.

We had a very hard to find leak stemming from a second floor shower with the leak showing in our basement. Another plumbing company came out 4 times and was never able to diagnose the issue. Corey, with Rock Plumbing, was at our house for an entire afternoon (into the early evening) and wasn't willing to give up. He walked us through step by step as the issue was narrowed down to the subfloor between the basement and main floor. The final fix was pricey but was in a difficult to reach spot (they had to cut drywall and cut/refit pipe working from the basement and main floor). He kept us informed of price from the start and a supervisor stopped over to see if we had any questions before the final repair was made. In the end, a small nail hole causing our issue. It has been over a week since the repair was made and everything has stayed nice and dry. We are so thankful for the effort Corey put in to find our problem when other companies simply gave up. Rock will be our first call for any future plumbing issues.

Amid several issues springing up at once, Rock Plumbing and Heating managed to schedule me same day. Initially, the call was for the heat going out (one theory is that the big, wet snow dump may have clogged vents, suffocating the pilot light). An easy fix, but some future issues came to light. Mitch pointed out the Jerry-rigged piping on the water heater. Small leaks presented an indicator to the massive headache that could have been (the only reason the pipes/connections hadnβt degraded further at this point was a random piece of metal supporting the free-floating pipe structure). Soon, we were back on track after some new pipe, soldering, and a new expansion tank. Mitch was professional, up-front, and clear. All work was highlighted and agreed on before moving forward with a service. Great customer service has been difficult to find, but this business definitely has its priorities straight. Still a happy returning customer.
