Jordan did maintenance on our A/C and discovered an issue with our humidifier. He was great at communicating the issues clearly and left us with everything working properly. Absolutely recommend!

Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new gas furnace a few weeks ago, and I called them to come out again to fix our A/C. Technician Ben is both knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this company and will always call them for our heating and A/C needs!

Furnace stopped working, within 2 hrs 5 techs showed up and installed new HVAC system. They were courteous, professional, personable, clean, efficient and made sure I understood all the new equipment. Great company!!! I've used them for several years. A day later furnace not heating properly and Michael showed up and took care of problems. No additional charges.

Rock, heating and plumbing are a fantastic company that always goes above and beyond. Today TyReece came out to serve our HVAC system and he did a phenomenal job. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to us in layman’s terms. Excellent experience and highly recommend!

UPDATE: I contacted Rock Plumbing and they came to fix the problems. Randy and Kaile Stanley fixed all of the leaking joints. Once everything was together again, we found that there was still a clog so they will be returning tomorrow to jet the system.

Mark Christensen seemed courteous and professional.
However, the first time I used the kitchen sink to wash dishes after dinner, almost all of the joints leaked and the water backed up.
I will be contacting Rock Plumbing in the morning to see if they will remedy the problems.

The team was in-time, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and did great, clean, detailed work. They explained in depth how my new furnace and thermostat worked and they were kind to me and my dogs. Great experience!
