Adding on to my original review of Rock Heating, plumbing and air. We had a toilet leak that cause some minor damage to our ceiling we easily set up an appointment and had to move to accommodate an earlier arrival window and Michael was fantastic at helping to meet our schedules via both phone and text messaging. As members we opted to have them inspect all of our plumbing and Jeremiah was our technician. From the moment he started his inspection he was very knowledgeable in explaining what was good and what was needing attention. He drew up several quotes for us and gave us flexibility to plan our future repairs. He replaced two stops, a shower arm and our main water valve super quick and made sure that everything was thoroughly tested and safe before signing off. Would definitely recommend him and the whole company.

Andrew was professional and informative even before he entered the house. Very polite and took every opportunity to be respectful and walk me through not only his view of the inspection and work but also to explain the details of how the hvac system should work and where mine was off. Very knowledgeable of not just the hvac system but other areas of the house as well. He got me set up with my next appointment before leaving and what to expect. The company is also very professional and may be the best at communication and expectations that I've experienced. I was able to text with a dispatcher, notified of when my tech was dispatched even a bio of the tech as to who to expect. Incredibly impressed and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Rock provided same service on the first day of summer. That’s unheard of! Our tech Mitch was prompt and courteous. He took his time to explain our issue and answered all of our questions. He had our system working in no time. Thank you!

Awesome experience. Technicians installed new AC and uninstalled furnace , reinstalled on box platform with return air duct increase size to improve airflow. Very professional and ethical install.

Rock P, H & AC was very quick and timely. They communicated with me the entire day as to when a technician could come and even sent me his picture. Andrew was super professional and courteous. He was also thorough with his explanation and recommendations.

Called Rock who I use for other HVAC needs when i noticed that my sump wasn't working. Although I do not love their new system of scheduling where you don't really have a time slot and have to wait for them to text you when a technician opens up they do keep you well informed and give you plenty of heads up. Dominic was sent out to install a new sump for me and he was great to work with. Very pleasant person and when he was finished you never even knew he was there.

Mitch from Rock was excellent! He was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He has a great attitude, is easy to communicate with and friendly. He did exactly what he said, didn’t try to sell unneeded services or equipment, like your competitors do, and efficiently and correctly addressed our issues. He actually saved us money and Rock backed him up. Rock was easy to work with and expeditiously addressed our issue. Thanks!
