Great company! Andrew came out to service out furnace and also checked out our water heater. He explained everything and went over all the options. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Brian, Erik, and Tyler showed up on time and were very respectful of our house. They answered all questions and stayed until the job was done.

The customer service for this company is great, and every interaction I have had has been good. Definitely recommend!

We needed a sink installed in our garage. This meant drilling through the concrete wall in the basement into the garage. They had to drill through r-bar, which was difficult.
Dominic and Jared worked hard and steady. Never even took a lunch break! Their spirits stayed up and they were friendly and pleasant. Very considerate about not dirtying up the house. They cleaned up and took away the trash left from the job. Can’t say enough good about Rock plumbing.

Brayden and Jared are simply amazing professionals. We discovered that fitting a 50gal tank required us to move our pantry and washer and they were extremely helpful in helping me do this. They were friendly, extremely courteous and fun to talk to. Both of them went out of their way to let me know what was going on. Jared even offered to pick up lunch for me. They are awesome. I would definitely recommend Rock and these guys for any work.

My heat went out and I called Rock. They were able to send someone out quickly. Christian S. was great! Personable and helpful. Went the extra mile to check if my part was under warranty to save me money. Great company and a great tech!

They quoted us an astronomical price for work that didn't seem all to be necessary.

Contacted a second company (with 1,500 five star reviews) and they assessed the situation and were in disbelief that this company tried to charge us so much money...and said all of the "repairs" were unnecessary. Equipment all tested fine.

So, I got a THIRD company to come and quote...they said the same thing. That these folks at Rock were either trying to take our money or didn't know what they were doing! Nothing needed to be repaired. And cleaning...half the price as these folks.

To add insult, Rock called us and said we will work with you and we're slow on business so call us and we can do a discount on that price we quoted you. It took multiple calls and days to finally reach them...and they offered a 5% discount. Not even worth the time to have tried reaching them.

Rock dispatched a technician out to our house to investigate a leak in the ceiling within an hour of a calling on a weekend. Jordan N. was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and had our issue diagnosed nearly immediately. He fixed both a plumbing and an electrical issue with our HVAC system in the same visit, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, how the fix worked, and how to maintain it in the future. Couldn't have asked for a better experience on a quick turnaround home repair like this. We'll definitely be using Rock again in the future.

After using other "high end" companies and paying for 'VIP' packages that over promised and under delivered... Rock showed up in my life... they are a company who Over Delivers on everything; from scheduling, to product, to knowledge, to professionalism of staff, EVERYTHING!!! THANK YOU!!! Must mention my most recent experiences with Brian, Alijah, Erik and Alan and how awesome they were but that is the brand standard of Rock!!! I can't recommend this company enough!!!

Christian was an absolute professional and he did a great job getting us taken care of and our water heater repaired. He was very respectful and wore shoe covers in the house and we would recommend his services to anyone we know who needs repair. Mitch came out and fixed our water heater which had over pressured. Within 10 minutes of arriving he had already figured out the issue and had a game plan to fix it. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The company as a whole was wonderful, from initial contact to completion. Would recommend Mitch as well as Rock to anyone needing service! Really pleased! Everyone is slammed over the summer, but they came through. They offer a smooth means to apply for a loan with 12months of no interest.

The summer heat wave introduced nineties and hundred F days as a regular. Our 26 year old unit decided to be done. Getting in contact with an A/C service to speak to a real person AND with availability was challenging. Most places had at least a one week lead time, some two weeks. The Rock Plumbing and Heating was able to get us scheduled two days after the initial call. Tyler, our technician, assessed one day and stayed late the next day to install the new unit. After eighty to ninety F in our living room, we are sooo happy to have our home back!
