Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Our AC went out just when it is starting to get hot outside and we were having trouble getting anyone to come out. We then got ahold of Rock heating and air and they were able to make it out same day. Within a couple hours we had technician, Christian Straughn at our house to save the day. After a few questions, Christian was able to figure out what was wrong. Even though he was 100% correct in what he expected to run into he still completed a full diagnostic of the entire system. Upon completion he was 100% correct in his assessment and we realized that the compressor had gone out. He was able to replace the compressor, test it to make sure that everything was up and running, and was done in no time. Christian was completely knowledgeable incredibly friendly and saved the day. I will use and refer Rock heating and cooling for any heating and cooling maintenance or repair from here on out.

The installation team did a great job. Very professional in all respects. The installation of my heat pump and furnace works really well.

In this day and age of unprofessional and untrained service people and companies Rock Plumbing has to be one of the most unresponsive and unprofessional companies I have ever had the bad luck to come across. I was scheduled for a service call on Friday 4/21/23 . Instead of scheduling the day before like most companies do and giving you a window of time when they think they will be there they as a company chose to schedule the day of the service , which essentially leaves you in limbo all day so you can wait for a plumber . On Friday I didn’t hear anything so I call at 1 pm and was asked if the company could reschedule for Saturday between 11am and 1 pm . I said that was ok , then on Saturday 4/22/23 1pm came and no one called or came by at which time I called the office and promptly the “ technician “ called me and said they would need to reschedule till Monday because they wanted to talk to the fixture manufacturer of the fixture they were to work on . I explained that I had in my possession the installation instructions for the fixture and I had spoken to the supplier of the fixture and they said they were able to help get it repaired. The Rock Plumbing “technician “ would not even come over to look at the schematic that I had for them , so now 2 days have been wasted and as tomorrow is Sunday there’s is no way I am going to get another plumbing contractor out to look at the problem . Please do yourself a favor and run don’t walk away from this company .

Third time is the charm! We hired Rock Plumbing once to fix a dishwasher shut-off. We purchased their inspection & protection plan but the tech that day couldn't do the inspection. And it's for the best. He actually had to come back. We learned that he was let go. We scheduled again but were told they couldn't come that day. They gave us a credit and we rescheduled. Hector did our inspection and found the root cause of our many water issues and fixed them same day. An unexpected issue came up during the inspection and he was able to get that fixed as well. So..a rocky start but happy ending.

The three technicians Craig, Devon and Jordan were awesome. They were very prompt, and explained everything well. You can trust this company to do a great job and charge fair prices. Try them out, you will be happy that you used their services.

Needed some plumbing done quickly so I could have a refrigerator installed. Rock scheduled me for the same day and sent Dominic who was great. He was professional, competent, friendly, and persistent in taking down pipes and valves. Great experience!

Ben was great! On time, very professional, personable and informative. He was able to show us exactly what was wrong with our furnace and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. He had our safety in mind first and foremost and we all came to the conclusion it was time to get a new furnace due to the nature of the repairs needed. Felt like an honest assessment and we agreed. Additionally Paul was just as excellent as Ben so he also got a package of eggs which might end up being more valuable than the furnace we just purchased. Enjoy!

Mark was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable and great communicator. The leak was not easy to find but Mark kept a positive attitude and wouldn’t stop until he could diagnose the issue - all on a late Friday afternoon! Thanks so much, Mark! Mark, a technician with Rock Plumbing and Heating, was pleasant, professional, thorough. He had a trainee with him but that certainly didn't diminish the quality of the work or his attention to updating the homeowner - me. I had an improper drain plumbing job done by a previous plumber which Mark identified but gave me the option to replace because it was functional - just smelly and not correct. No high pressure tactics. Highly recommend!
