Oh its been a doozy of a day!!! Woke up to no heat! Rock Plumbing Heating and Air had us warm and cozy in no time. Michael and Noelle are quite the team and have AMAZING communication. When the tech was on his way, I already know everything about him. Plus they provided a run down of all their COVD 19 protocols. Highly recommend Rock Plumbing, prices are reasonable too!

Mark fixed some long-standing plumbing issues. The experience was cordial and lighthearted, with Mark communicating clearly what costs each service would yield.

Here’s the list of items addressed: switched hot/cold lines and replaced piping for a kitchen sink leak; addressed a faucet leak by replacing a shower cartridge (the calcium build up was impacting pressure too); brought in a drain-cleaning machine to assess and clear out the lines for 25ft.

Every staff member I’ve encountered has been professional and customer oriented, not pulling any punches when outlining issues discovered. I certainly never felt pushed into purchasing an additional service. After this second service with this business, they’re on track to be our go-to for the foreseeable future.

Andrew N was awesome! Very friendly and efficient. He was able to explain systems and processes so I could understand! Would recommend his services to others!

I had a technician from another company spend 4 hours on my tankless hot heater and still didn't fix it. Craig from Rock came out and had it functioning properly in 5 minutes!

Zack, Brayden, Phaylan, Alan and Aaron Were absolutely phenomenal very professional, courteous, cleaned Up after themselves and inform me every step of the way I will definitely be recommending them to everybody and anybody!!!!!

Casey, Jared and AJ came by today to replace our furnace. They were on time and professional. They also installed a humidifier in our heating system. I would recommend them for heating and air conditioning services.

Brian and Eric were super great! They were friendly, professional, thorough, and so considerate of my 7 week old sleeping newborn! Thank you guys!

This looks place is AMAZING! We have been dying to upgrade our shower after we recently noticed the lack of water pressure we had. Thankfully when we called, Michael was there to walk us through the entire process and answer every question we had along the way. I am so glad we reached out to rock heating and air because now I have the shower of my dreams!

Rock Heating has always been our go to. Casey and Jared were very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them both to anyone.
