My AC unit has been out for close to 1.5 weeks now and today Aaron Kinman and his trainee came out and was able to get my unit back up and running in no time. They were both very pleasant, professional and left things as they found them. This is the second time I've used Southwest Heating and Cooling and have been pleasantly pleased both times

On-time service. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. I signed up preventive maintenance service and filter changes every three months. I feel confident they are a good company to go with and they were recommended by my neighbor business that is next to Nail Focus here in Bowles Marketplace.

Aaron came out and did the annual tune-up on our air conditioner. He was super friendly and very professional. Our system is 10 years old and he explained a few things we can do to try to keep it running as efficiently as possible but definitely didn’t pressure us to buy any additional services. We called Southwest Heating a day or so after our furnace stopped working. Their phone number was on our furnace from the previous owners. My husband called after hours on a Thursday and Lisa said we'd get a call in the morning. Lisa called the next morning by 8am, and had Jorge out to my house by 1pm. Our furnace was 19 years old. So instead of having Jorge fix what was wrong and having it happen again because of the age, we decided it was time to get a new furnace. My house is 40 degrees, so time was important to us with children and animals... Old furnace was removed Friday, new furnace and thermostat installed Saturday morning and we had heat :) Jorge even stopped by Sunday to finish a few small things up.
Communication with Jorge and Lisa was/is so easy. They are always available when needed. No drama. Amazing.
