The service provided was very comprehensive and well done. Mike Carpenter was very considerate about not tracking dirt into the house and really did all he could to make sure my system was already for Summer.

We were told by a few companies that we needed to replace our furnace. Michael came out, tested everything, found the cause of the issue (which 4 other companies could not do, they were just trying to sell us a furnace) and fixed everything. The professionalism and honesty was GREATLY appreciated. I was expecting to replace the furnace, but Michael assured us that it was not needed and explained everything in detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So far great to deal with. I am having them install a new furnace in 2 days.Mike was fantastic to work with and took care of our new furnace issue and also helped in our water leak. I couldn’t be more pleased!!! Give Mike a raise!!

Aaron was amazing. He went above and beyond to fix the issue (what was a potentially dangerous venting issue in a not so easily accessible area). Cannot say enough: prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Jorge Garcia contacted us to assist during an emergency with an electrical issue and a very loud noise from a dying timer. He arrived quickly and within the promised time. We really appreciated the time he took to diagnose the issue and he was incredibly helpful in identifying next steps. We are SO appreciative of the promptness Southwest and Jorge responded with and will use Southwest again for our service.

We had to give up hope on our 30 year old furnace on the coldest day of the year. George Garcia from Southwest wound up spending the whole day getting a new furnace installed, so that we could wake up the next day in a home where our entry level was not 49 degrees. No one likes to buy a new furnace, but it made sense under the circumstances for us, and I really appreciated the commitment to service from Southwest -- everything was diagnosed, parts were sourced, and the whole mechanism was installed before the sun went down.

Aaron did a very thorough job on our spring HVAC maintenance, helped me with the system app for monitoring remote and did a great job overall. Thanks Aaron and Southwest Heating and Cooling.
