Mike C came out on a hot weekend (after hours) to help troubleshoot a broke A/C unit. He was incredibly professional and worked to make sure I understood the problem and offered a variety of solutions based on budget requirements. He worked to make sure I was getting the best deal and system for my house and budget. I did have to go with an A/C replacement. Southwest Heating and Cooling was able to secure equipment and book the install within the week. I highly recommend this company for heating and cooling needs.

Jorge Garcia did an excellent job! He reviewed and explained everything in detail which was much appreciated.

They worked with my schedule when making the appointment. Jorge arrived with plenty of notice and was well groomed and friendly. He explained everything to me and even made sure I had the right filter and it was put in correctly.

Jorge was great! We haven't had AC for 8 years and have an unusual heating system to boot. Jorge found a fuel efficient system that will work for us and evrn managed to get the price down in my budget range! I would highly recommend him!

Michael was extremely professional and thorough. He made us comfortable in his knowledge of the heating and A/C system and what was wrong and then explained and showed us what the problem was. Aaron Kinman was at my house last week to inspect my air conditioner. Her was awesome! He also looked at the furnace and hot water heater (13 years old). the water heater was leaking at the top, but no carbon monoxide was present. He recommended I replace it and I said YES! He was professional, informative and very nice. He is a valuable employee.

Upgraded from a swamp cooler to AC ,but had to replace our original 50 year old furnace.
Decided to get a new hot water heater at the same time. So, kept Jesus and Rony busy the entire day. They were hard workers and a great team.
From the time I called for an estimate, things moved quickly (our first meeting at home was on Friday and we scheduled the install for Tuesday).
Not the least expensive quote, but everything moved smoothly and though it has only been a few hours we are happy with our decision.
