Andrew was very professional, he was quick to diagnose what the issues with our AC was. He thoroughly explained what was needed and informed on what the cost for repair was. We were well pleased with him and Southwest Heating and Cooling.

SWHC installed my A/C unit many years ago - and have continued to maintain it. Jorge was here yesterday for a tune up. Great guy! Very professional and personable :) Offered me some new options for upgrades. I will always call Southwest!

A professional named Andrew Heinz came out to look at my unit. After inspection, Andrew determined that the off brand split was installed incorrectly and wrong materials and tools to install. Most companies won't work on AC with no information. Discussed about a new proper system and waiting for estimates. Highly recommend Andrew if possible!

Met the owner, Mike, and he recommended that we get our furnace inspected before winter. His staff set up an appointment for us right away and made sure it was the best time that worked for us and our schedules. The technician that came out, Angel, called ahead of time and gave us his exact ETA so we knew when to expect him. They gave us a 2 hour window for the appointment and he got here right at the beginning of that window so we were not waiting around. He was very professional and personable. It was clear he was super knowledgeable about furnaces yet he was still able to easily explain what he was seeing and doing the whole time. He went above and beyond. Easy to say that for any of our future furnace and AC needs we will be using Southwest Heating and Cooling!

Angel, who has serviced our HVAC unit before, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing so I could do much of it without calling the next time. Had an induction fan break. Mike was great, explained options ranging from repair to replacement and gave good insights as to why for each item. Needed to do a repair to get heat going and will strongly consider his guidance for a near term replacement. Overall satisfied with the immediate outcome and would recommend him for a consult should you need a repair.
