Service tech was very thorough in checking the furnace but did not find any issues. Furnace is working ok at this time. The tech was friendly.

Needed service on our furnace and they were excellent! Highly recommend them to everyone. They can be very trusted to treat you fairly.

They did exactly what they said they would do and on time. Mike was excellent at walking me thru options available to us at time of inspection and estimate. The installers were very respectful of us and our home. Lisa was awesome on the customer care side. Great Company overall!!

Michael Boyle was very professional and honest. He thoroughly looked at our furnace and AC unit and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was honest about the repair and made good suggestions about future maintenance.

Rony and his assistant were on time and did a great job of an HVAC install. They took the time to explain what they installed and how it worked. I would also gives cudos to how timely Southwest as a hole responded to our AC going out!

My heater went out and they actually showed up early. Michael was very professional and protected us by wearing a mask, social distancing and was able to control the unit from outside. I’ve been in quarantine for almost 2 years so I really appreciate that. He fixed my heater ASAP and was able to suggest future repairs. Thanks Michael!!

Mike with Southwest Heating was extremely helpful and VERY responsive. We had our AC and furnace installed with them this week. Anytime we contacted him, he got us over information right away. Also, his installation team was very professional, knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend!

The folks at Southwest do a great job. I selected them to install and do the maintenance on my heating and air conditioning. Jake was the last to come in and do a semi annual inspection. He was great to work with and very professional. I would recommend Southwest!!!

I handled the initial conversations on finding the right product and Mike was excellent and detailed in explaining the options and detailing his recommendation. My wife was there for the install and was thoroughly impressed. She said the whole Southwest crew was polite, thorough, friendly, clean, professional and knowledgeable.
