Josh and the Rock team did a great job in replacing our old and problematic hot water boiler based heating system. Josh was thorough and clear in detailing the numerous issues with the old system as well as details on the install of the new system. Josh and the crew were able to schedule us just two days after the initial inspection… they worked for two days and completed the install with new thermostats too! For the first time since we moved into our home we were able to experience efficient heating throughout our home on all levels.

Jerimiah came out to my place of business to give me an estimate on replacing 2 hose bids. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. He did a thorough job to determine exactly what my needs were so he could give me an accurate estimate. I am very please with the service I experienced today!!!

Christian knew his stuff! He quickly diagnosed the issue, and obtained the appropriate parts to effect the repair. He was personable and very happy to explain his approach to the diagnosis and repair. Because of this GREAT first experience, I will be a repeat customer. Long-time customer and maintenance club member. Service has slipped dramatically recently. Contacted them 4 times over the course of the last 10 days trying to schedule maintenance for my AC that is included in their Maintenance Club. No return phone call, no email, no humans on the other end of the phone. Sad as they have been a trusted service provider for me for over 10 years. Hopefully this is a short-term issue, but since I am still waiting for any kind of response from them my confidence is waning fast. Update as of July 6th - I wanted to provide an update to my review from earlier this week. I did in fact get a response from them. Mimi, their Call Center Manager reached out to me to apologize for the level of service that I experienced. She was truly eager to understand how they let me down and to try and make it right. Mimi's professionalism and courtesy has renewed my faith in Rock Heating & Air Conditioning. While I was reluctant to leave them a bad review, I felt that I needed to let them know that something had gone wrong so that they could have a chance to improve. They did that with me and they worked to schedule my maintenance that I had been looking for. The service was completed impeccably as it always has been in the past. It appears that their issues were simply a hiccup and have been resolved to my satisfaction. Given how hard they worked to regain my trust and admitted their shortcomings, I feel comfortable in recommending them again.

My furnace stopped working on one of the colder days we’ve had. I called Rock as I have used them a couple times before and they were able to send Mitch Atwell almost immediately which was so lucky. Mitch was awesome!!! He explained what diagnostics he was running and was extremely knowledgeable. Mitch was so professional and didn’t do any repairs I didn’t need. I will call on Mitch and Rock again for my future hvac needs. Thank you all!

We purchased the club maintenance and had the annual check up. Tyreece came out to check the furnace and AC, fixed some wiring disparities, and ordered a replacement switch for the AV. He was thorough, detail oriented and explained everything. He was on top of ordering the replacement part and informing us when to expect them back. It was a great experience and wonderful to see someone take such pride in their work. I would strongly recommend him!

Had a new furnace and A/C installed by Rock. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The entire crew of Brian, Erik, Phaylan and Casey did a fantastic job. They communicated arrival, were 15min early, worked non-stop until the job was complete and took time to thoroughly explain the operation of the new system. It is clear that the company prioritizes customer service at every level. Highly recommend!
