Mitch worked on our 33 yr old boiler and did a fabulous job! He actually came earlier than I thought he would which was perfect for my schedule. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job explaining the repairs that would be required. His estimate came in within a few dollars of his original quote! I highly recommend Mitch and Rock Plumbing, Beating and AC!

Called Rock Plumbing Heating and Air and got hooked up with Dominic to assist with a sump pump issue. He assessed the situation quickly and thoroughly to find it needed to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we were educated on the system functionality. He even helped us realize we needed a radon service! Josh is amazing and got my current water heater up and running until they can come install a new one on Friday. Everyone I've spoken to in this process have been super friendly and helpful. They took into consideration the time I'd need to get home from work and they gave me plenty of notice to be able to meet them at my house. Josh showed me everything he found and explained the pros and cons of both trying to repair or replacing the water heater. He even checked my carbon monoxide detector before he left. I can't express how grateful I am to this company and how happy I am with the service. I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

Rock Plumbing Heating and Air is great. Alan, Jared and Casey are especially awesome. These guys have had to work so hard at my house and they genuinely seem happy to do so. All workers have been courteous and show immense pride in their work.

Andrew gave us the option of a new motor for the AC which is buying us time before a new AC unit needs to be bought. A different company didn’t tell us about or give us that option and quoted 9-14k for a new unit. So thank you Andrew. Also came out quickly same day!
