Aaron was professional, personable and listened intently to my description of what was going on with my heating system. He fixed the issue and explained it in detail. He gave me an honest assessment of my system, and I never felt any pressure to purchase more or upgrade or any of that. The staff at the office were also very professional, friendly and helpful. They definitely have my business for all my HVAC issues.

Our sump pump died on us during the recent storms. Jeremiah and Matt came out and replaced our pump, check valve, and made sure pipes in our crawl space were up to code. They were kind, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

Denver Water came on Saturday and updated our neighborhood water service. When we turned our water back on that evening, the pressure from the street caused leaks that we hadn’t had before. We’ve used Rock for many services since November/December of 2022 and they have always been very responsive and timely with their service. Noel, the receptionist today was absolutely wonderful and worked with us to get prompt service. She was amazing. Mitch Atwell was our plumber and as usual, very informative and professional with his services. Mitch offered us options, no pressure, just very educational. Rock’s technicians are great. Austin was prompt and communicative, arriving in the early portion of our appointment window. He seemed knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace. Since his quick repair, we have been up and running with no issues. Great service!

Left a message the previous evening and got a call from Michael 1st thing in the morning. He set me up for that afternoon, then messaged me with an earlier slot that became available. Great customer service!!
Technician Corey was prompt, friendly and took the time to help me fully understand my situation and options. He offered to look at any other plumbing concerns I had beyond my leak and provided estimates for me to consider.
Overall, my 2nd experience with Rock was even better than my 1st excellent experience.

We have had Rock install and service our HVAC for about the last 10 years. Now they are also providing plumbing services. We had Mark from Rock conduct a plumbing inspection, and found a few minor items. He was super professional, explained what he was looking at, options, suggestions, etc. It’s peace-of-mind to have a solid firm to depend upon if we need them.

Casey and his team worked on the total install of our new HVAC system well into the night! The new Bryant Furnace is so quiet that I thought it wasn't even working! I decided to give it a chance, and much to my surprise it functioned flawlessly! Thanks to Casey and all the many great people that worked on this project. I will definitely recommend Rock Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, and I will continue to use them when the need arises.
