I called expecting to have to schedule out several days but was surprised to be able to schedule a technician for the next day.
The technician was very prompt and professional. He knew the furnace and was able to troubleshoot the problem. Michael B was very pleasant to work with and there was no high pressure sales, just simple and informative.

Andrew was thorough and efficient. He explained status of furnace and appeared to be very knowledgeable about furnace functions & systems. It was a positive service call.

Jesus Gomez did a terrific job of installing my new furnace and air conditioner. It was a big job and if not done right could shorten the life and affect the efficiency of the system. He did it right and took his time to explain everything to me. I would refer him to any of my friends or relatives.

Michael was the technician who did an HVAC inspection for us. He was timely in his arrival and polite in conversation. Hew was able to complete a thorough inspection of our equipment and great at explaining his finding to us. We were very please with his professionalism and care for both our place of business and equipment he was inspecting.

We felt compelled to write this review of the awesome installation of our heating and AC units yesterday at our home. Our furnace quit working on Sunday and we called Southwest Heating and Cooling company at the recommendation of our neighbor who had theirs replaced several months earlier. They sent out a very knowledgeable technician who quickly diagnosed the unit and gave us a cost of what it would be to get it up and running. Since the furnace is over 20 years old, we decided to replace the heating and ac and they were here the next day to begin the process of dismantling and prep for the new units. They finished the work mid day the next day and we are extremely satisfied with our new quiet running, energy efficient, air purifying system. It has made a night and day difference with my asthma and breathing challenges. No more waking up wheezing and coughing. It has been a game changer. George and Ronnie were exceptional installers and worked consistently hard throughout the whole job. They wore booties and masks and were very conscientious. We also need to give a huge shout out to the owner Mike who worked with us in the selection process of a heating and cooling system that would best meet our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Southwest Heating and Cooling without hesitation and will continue to use them with our future annual maintenance needs.
