Aim High HVAC

My 20+ year old furnace failed on a very cold night. Aim High promptly returned my call. The team they sent was outstanding. They were on time, friendly and professional. They carefully explained my options and I decided to replace the old furnace. The Lennox furnace they installed is excellent and I love the new digital thermostat. Best customer service ever!

Aim High is absolutely fantastic! They installed a new furnace, humidifier, and furnace for us and did an awesome job showing us how to use the new system. Their maintenance fees are fair and their technicians are wonderful. The most friendly and communicative team, too. I thoroughly appreciate all they do.

We used AIM high HVAC because a friend recommended them. Dave and another guy showed up right on time. They replaced a blower in my furnace that went out. Dave took the time to explain every intricate detail to our currently inefficient HVAC system. I now understand what our long term issues are with the system we had installed by our contractor 7 years ago.
You can tell Dave loves his job, cares about the customer understanding the issues, and was incredibly personable and professional. Thanks Dave for a great experience. Will definitely use AIM High HVAC again!

My experience with Aim High is the best I've ever had with any contractor in any capacity, full stop.

Carefully compare the quotes you receive for a new furnace and/or AC unit. I obtained three quotes for HVAC systems and at first glance, Aim High seemed to be considerably more expensive. BUT, that's because they were quoting a system that was appropriate for my needs; I plan on living in this house for 10+ years and they quoted a high-efficiency system that would be the best solution in the long run. The other companies I quoted provided proposals for inefficient systems (80% efficiency furnace, low SEER rating A/C).

I've hired Aim High on two occasions (furnace and A/C, and a water heater) and have been extremely impressed both times and am overall very happy with the Lennox systems they installed. They truly go above and beyond and I routinely recommend them in earnest. Their excellent reputation is well-deserved. P.S. get the steam humidifier - game changer in Colorado!

Do NOT use Aim High for your HVAC needs. We had a new AC unit installed by them 2 years ago. They told us at the time how great the warranty was and showed a 10 year warranty on parts. The AC was not working last week - so called them to come out and take a look. A part THEY INSTALLED 2 years ago failed. They said this part was not in the physical box the AC unit came in, so it was not covered. We had to pay $1,000 to have them fix it. It was 85 degrees in our house at the time - we felt like we had no choice. When I asked more about the cost they told me "sorry, we have to run a business". VERY poor customer service and terrible install. An AC install should last longer than 2 years.

Called Aim High this Am, and they said they could have Dave her at 12:30. today. They said it would be a 125 dollar svc charge in advance. Dave showed up on time and we talked about the issues with the furnace blower motor and I explained that another company came out and said I would need a new furnace costing about 9000 dollars. They left and we went without AC for the weekend. A friend came by and recommended I call this company and they replaced a capacitor for 125.00 so my total bill was $250.00. He advised me that this fix could be good for years as everything else checked out fine. What a relief to pay $250.00 and have air than a guy leaving without the AC and say call me when your ready to replace furnace.

A friend of mine highly recommended that I go to Andrew Yelton at Aim High HVAC for my AC unit, which was dead. Andrew was able to get out to my house within 24 hours, he was very professional, did a thourough investigation and diagnosed my issue promptly. He picked up the part and my AC was fully functional within a few hours of his initial visit. The price was VERY reasonable too! I got a bid from another company and their quote was 4X the amount we paid Aim High. To say my wife and I were impressed is an understatement. We will be referring Andrew and Aim High HVAC to all our friends and family.

LOVE the service this company provides! We've had a whole new system installed along with a steam humidifier. Fantastic installation and service! Tyson has been the absolute BEST! He's very polite and a joy to have in our home. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

Wow! So glad I found this company. For a year I have had problems trying to keep upstairs cool without basement freezing us to death. Our system is one year old and had another company put it in. They have been out many times to fix problems and never did. Aim high fixed everything in a few hours! Will never use anyone else. Thank you aim high, we are so comfortable in our home now.

So grateful to have found this company. They were able to replace my entire HVAC system with a days notice during very cold weather.
