When they initially came out to give me an estimate last year they were very nice and professional. However, I have been trying to hunt them down to deliver my quote for several months and just gotten radio silence or a runaround when I call them directly. Would have been nice to receive a "not interested" so I could get on someone else's calendar.

I had another company come out and work on my furnace who quoted a really high price to install a new mini split unit and charged me every time a tech came by my house. So I called Indoor Air Quality for a quote and not only was their price way more reasonable, Joe took the time to tell me what was wrong and why, and what they would recommend I do on my own and what to check on for the other unit that didn’t need work. I ended up calling them again six months later to check out my furnace and again, Joe told me much more about the problem than the first company and gave me recommendations on what would work best for my house.

A neighbor recommended the team at IAQ to do a furnace inspection/tuneup before the winter months and they were able to fit me in the same week I reached out. I thought the pricing was fair and the team was really knowledgeable about the age of the older unit, what it needs in terms of continuing life span and gave some points of things to look out for during the peak winter months.
