Mac’s Maintenance installed a new furnace and A/C unit in our townhouse. I received 3 bids for the work. Mac’s was recommended from 2 friends and a neighbor. Mac’s was the most competitive ($1000’s less than the most expensive bid). The install took a little over a day for both units. They were on time, professional, and did quality work. They went over and above by re-routing our duct work in our basement to make more room. We’ve used other companies in the past that were more expensive and didn’t come close with the quality of work Mac’s team did. We highly recommend Mac’s Maintenance. Special shout out to Xavier who was very patience and kind helping us set up our digital thermostat and Lennox app.

Mac's Maintenance is a great local, family owned company. Cormack and his team were wonderful to work with. They took the time to explain the products and what my house needed vs just selling me the highest end unit. I felt like I was able to make an informed decision that would work for my home. The install process was smooth and the team was very professional and friendly.
The price was reasonable and their customer service was excellent with prompt responses to my questions and they were always on time. They even called a week after install to make sure I was happy with the work.

We’ve been using Mac’s for years for two different homes. Cormack and his team are always responsive and do great work. We recently replaced our furnace, AC, and water heater….plus we had our ducts cleaned and sealed. The process was easy and the home is now much cooler and efficient. They even noticed some screws in the dryer vent line (after work was done by someone else related to a basement remodel) and made the necessary changes to correct the issue and bring it up to code. Nothing but great things to say about this company.

From the start of the process, they were consultative on what equipment I needed and I felt like I was able to make an informed decision that would work for my home. The install process was smooth and the team was very professional and friendly. They let me watch and explained what they were doing during the install. I thought that was a nice touch. Lisa called to make sure I was taken care of after the install and made sure that I properly submitted for the product warranties. I'll never call anyone else! Love this company.

Mac's did a great job for us. We have heat again! They were quick with a call back, got us scheduled and were very professional. Made us feel confident in the solution and work completed. We would highly recommend using them. We will again for sure!

Recently used Mac's Maintenance to fix a heating unit that was acting up. Would run, stop, not run, not stop, and do whatever the heck it wanted to. I called Mac's Maintenance and talked to Cormack who did some troubleshooting over the phone. Cormack was VERY friendly and was able to come over and fix the unit within hours! Price was very reasonable and he was the most trust-worthy service person I have ever met! I will continue to use Mac's Maintenance in the future and without question, recommend them to anyone who has heating/HVAC/etc.... issues.
