Kevin was the specialist that came out to clean our ducts. He was quick, professional, and outgoing. He went above and beyond and gave me tips on maintenance of my system that I could do on my own. He showed me some rusted spots in my ducts that he had scraped, but told me I could further protect them with rust oleum. Terrible customer service. Had appointment between 1-4, I called to check the status after waiting at the house for a couple of hours and they said the tech had emergency and unable to make it. They can schedule me next week. Curious if they would have called to let me know if I continue to wait around on my Friday afternoon. Disappointing!
