Desert Rose was dispatched by our warranty company they came all the way from Highlands Ranch to Longmont to service our AC. Had parts on hand to fix the issues and we were up and running in no time. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

I can only think of good things to say about my experience with DESERT ROSE AC AND HEATING. Prompt, professional, and efficient. Not only did they reach out to me shortly after the service call was submitted by my home warranty company, but came out the next day. They repaired my broken AC Unit without any sales gimmicks and gave me some phenomenal advice moving forward in how to look after my unit while keeping my House more energy efficient. I highly recommend Desert Rose to anyone who is looking for an expert with years of experience that is professional and gets it done!

Rashed was AMAZING! My air conditioning went out, he was able to repair my AC in the same day very quickly. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to show me where the damage was and explained the probable cause for it. I felt that he was very honest and is clearly great at what he does! I had a problem with my compressor in my AC unit (as I thought) and my warranty company was trying to get out of paying through the usage loop hole. I searched for HVAC companies and came across Desert Rose. Mr. Gorji was very helpful and came right out to diagnosis the problem. With his expertise Mr. Gorji not only determined the problem but fixed it; he stopped me from purchasing a new compressor that other HVAC vendors were telling me I needed. The gentleman was super friendly and professional about his work. I had some serious issues with my A/C and it looked hopeless. I had a few people that could not detect the issue. I called a friend who referred me to Desert Rose. Mr. Gorji detected the issue and fixed it. In addition, he provided advice to keep my unit running efficiently for years to come. Sunday morning at 6:30am I found out my bottom floor AC unit had gone out. Called Desert Rose and they said they could come out between 5pm and 8pm that day. I was overjoyed as it was going to be another 117 degree day and, for a Sunday, I was glad they could even come out. The two owners arrived around 4:30pm and not only did they replace the capacitor (thank goodness for a simple fix) but, when we asked, they agreed to clean and check the other unit. It was very low on freon so they filled it and cleaned both units. We have a home warranty so the entire bill came to $100. They are super nice guys, very accommodating and extremely detail oriented. My father-in-law (who is a very OCD engineer) has used them before and they are definitely on the up-and-up. Use them for your next maintenance or emergency!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Desert Rose Air Conditioning and Heating. Rashed, the owner of the company, came out on a Sunday afternoon, greeted and introduced himself and his company. Over the next three hours, he carefully diagnosed, replaced the necessary parts, explained in great detail what was needed and wrote a very complete synopsis of his visit and handed it to me. When Rashed tells you something, he is sincere and can be trusted. His word is his bond and he performs at the highest caliber. I would recommend him for any of your heating and cooling needs. He is a model of integrity and high standards!

Mr. Gorji came out to my house on Sunday afternoon and we had been suffering with no AC for 2 days. No other company would fit us in to even have a look at the problem. He saved us! Our house was 96 degrees and it was only 4pm. He did a fantastic job and I will definitely save his business card for the future!

We have always had great experiences with this company. The man who has come out to our house each time has always been kind and honest, as well as informative to help us ensure that our AC works as well as possible. We will not use any other company. Thank you!
