Pat and his team did a great job of upgrading and updating our HVAC system. Very knowledgeable and a respected problem solver. Estimated 3 days to replace 3 units and got the job done in 2 days and it wasn’t a simple project. Highly recommend Pat and his team. HVAC work isn’t cheap, so you want it done right and these guys do it right.

Had water damage due to a frozen pipe from the upstairs unit and it flooded our furnace. Called Pat and he was able to come out same day, inspect and repair the furnace. He also quoted a replacement furnace due to the amount of water damage and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with the service provided. Will absolutely recommend and use these guys again. As always, IAQ did a great job on our AC service. Even more, around the same time, my mom’s AC stopped working and a different company was telling her she needed to buy a new AC to the tune of $3k. I told her to call IAQ for a second opinion. They came out, turned on a valve, and for a service fee her AC was fixed. These guys are great and trustworthy.

The prior owner of this house left a letter and strongly recommended IAQ and Joe specifically. Let’s just say I am very happy that I called them. I was trying to see if I could get a damper installed to create a second zone for the basement to regulate the temperature better. While Joe broke my heart with the truth about what it would take to do that work, he gave me a couple of simple things to try and they worked. He didn’t charge for the visit. I tried to give him something for his trip and time and he wouldn’t take it. His statement to me “I have been in business for this long because of something simple and that’s treating people like I want to be treated.”

I would recommend IAQ and they are my HVAC vendor of choice. Joe will be back out in the May/a June timeframe to either service or replace the AC unit.

Joe was great. We needed to have the pipes to our bathroom vents replaced due to a condensation issue that the builder did not address. He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and he charged a very reasonable price. He also replaced a broken part on our furnace. We would definitely use him again.

Pat was very thorough in his preparing our equipment for the hot summer months. He took the time to explain why our equipment might not have been performing at peak performance for its age. Suggested a couple of things we could do to improve air flow which we immediately implemented. I would highly recommend IAQ for any heating and air conditioning needs one might have.
