Aim High HVAC

A/C went out on hot summer night. I contacted them first thing next morning. They came out the same day and fixed the problem the same appt. Professional, very kind. Will use them for future services. I did use them in past for whole home humidified install. I was happy with that experience as well. The prices are fair, esp in this climate of inflation right now

Geo is the dream contractor. Diligent, confident, a great communicator, and good teacher for me as a new homeowner. These guys came highly recommended to me by a coworker and I will keep using them each season for tune ups and eventual replacements.

Aim High HVAC worked on 2 emergencies of my AC. All the technicians (David and Andrew) are kind and explain what the root causes are very in detail. After moving in Highlands Ranch 7 years ago, I finally found the HVAC service I can trust.

Tim and his crew are complete professionals! I am very stingy with 5-star reviews, but these guys earn it! I loved that the Jeffco inspector took about 30-seconds to approve - said he was familiar with Aim High's work and it's apparently always top notch! These guys "Aim High" and hit the mark!

My heating system wasn't working, and I called these guys. they charged me $300 to tell me that I need to buy an $1800 unit. I got a second opinion, and it turned out to be an issue with my digital thermostat, which they didn't even look at.

Tech quoted $250 (on top of $98 trip charge) for a capacitor that costs $14.58 and installs in under five minutes. That’s insane price gouging on people who think they can trust what a technician tells them.

Giving two stars instead of one because the tech was only 20 minutes late and explained how to do the install (roughly as complicated as putting AA batteries in a remote) after I declined the outrageous quote.

Edited: Dropped to 1 star after owner left me a nasty voicemail in response to my review. I’d avoid this company at all costs.

I would give them 10 stars if allowed. I was very impressed with the work and professionalism. Finally a company that comes through on their promises. I would HIGHLY recomend Aim High.
