Michael Carpenter was awesome and helpful. We were looking for additional air quality cleaner/improvements and he talked me through the options and let me do my homework and settle on the right one without pressure. Once we identified it, he was able to get back out the next week and install it. Really happy with Southwest Heating and Cooling.

Southwest replaced a water heater for me today. They put down protective coverings, worked efficiently in the time window, were engaging and knowledgeable - and did a great job all the way through leaving the workspace extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Original post Oct 2022: I've been using this business since 2008 for all my HVAC needs. They are awesome & always handle things to my satisfaction! The most recent visit by Michael C. was awesome as well. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, patiently answered my questions, went above expectations to resolve an issue with my thermostat too! I highly recommend this company for your HVAC demands :))

Our furnace went out and they sent help within 24 hours on the non-emergency call. Michael did a great job of also educating us on what we can do to better take care of our system for the future. Super friendly, quick, and great service.

Well as luck would have it my furnace went out last night. The coldest temp in Denver in 30 years -16 my house. A technician Michael Red Carpenter was dispatched. He diagnosed the issue promptly. But now he had to find the part. After numerous calls and conversations much to his chagrin as well as ours the part was not to be found. Alas one was found..in Grand Junction!! Red was not pleased. One last call and effort on his part he located the one. However he could not confirm....so off he left to inquire if it was so. And through his effort and our relief he found the one and only. Tonight's forecast much the same but thanks to Red our house will be warm. Highly recommend the company and these techs.

Two nights ago our furnace broke down, right before the -10F night and +1F day scheduled for tonight and tomorrow. We called Southwest that night and in the morning (despite the fact that they were definitely swamped) Allen came by. He checked it out and came back later in the day with a potential fix that, unfortunately, didn't work. Jorge came by this morning, also had to go out for parts, but did not leave until he figured out what had broken and fixed it. I cannot tell you how thankful I am. They could've put us into an appointment in a few days or had Jorge only stay for a certain amount of time, but they didn't. They did everything they could to ensure that we had heat tonight. I cannot recommend them enough.

Got the heat back on fast. Michael was so helpful and fast. Called to say he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment. Quickly found and fixed the problem. Now we are warm again thanks!
