I am so glad to have found Comfort Pros! Jeff has always been responsive and I appreciate his professionalism. This company is fantastic - from initial scheduling to being on site to do work, communications have been exceptional and the jobs well done! I highly recommend Comfort Pros.

Both men who came to fix the AC, and later to check the furnace were quick and efficient and very thorough and let me know every step they were doing. The first person who came to fix the AC even washed and dried the furnace filter for me.
Both were polite but friendly and I appreciated their help!
I will certainly. use this company again!

Jeff was on time, professional, and informative. He did not charge me for unnecessary services. He actually said to wait a couple of days before paying the invoice to make sure the AC was working properly. I've used Comfort Pros before and will do so again if needed. Thanks.

Jeff, the owner, took extensive time to discuss options with me and make recommendations based on the specific needs of my house regarding the type of furnace and location/characteristics of the AC outside. The installers, Ryan and Kale were exceptional. They were professional, careful working inside and outside my house, took pride in their work, and helpful in answering questions. This family owned business is by far one of the best HVAC companies in the Metro area!!! Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating, friendly, practical and affordable. Comfort Pros deserves 5 stars for the Heater and A/C installation they did for us. Jeff and his crew were very professional and always courteous and respectful. Jeff took the time to explain the new technology to me and to answer all my questions to ensure I understood everything before hand so that I was able to select the right units for us. Jeff and his team completed the project in one day and also came back at our request to make a couple of changes for us. They were very happy to return to finish the job as we wanted to ensure our complete satisfaction with the project. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team for your HVAC needs and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Recently moved into my house and hired this company for a furnace replacement and AC installation. They were timely with a quote (which included multiple options and explanations of each) and extremely professional with the installation. So far so good!
