Ryan installed my elderly parents HVAC System a few years ago. They recently had an issue with the system and were able to get them to come out the same day. The system was still under warranty, however, the system was working fine. He noticed that the furnace door came open causing the issue. He treated them like family and even offered to change the filter. I can’t thank him enough and appreciate your company values, and reliability. Thank you!

Jeff L. was so helpful. He was able to determine the problem with the swamp cooler within minutes. The pump had gone out. He replaced it and showed me how to change the filters. His quick work had him in and out in about a half hour. I will definitely recommend and reuse him and his company in the future!

Air conditioner didn't appear to be working correctly. Called and Jeff came over as quick as he could. Couldn't find an issue with the system thinking maybe our Xcel saver switch might have acted up. No charge since we are still under warranty. Great service always.

Provided excellent service to water heater concern and repaired small water leak to furnace pipe. Right on time and quick efficient repair. Glad I had them install my furnace and A/C. Both work great!

After receiving some bids, we found that Comfort Pros offered a slightly more competitive price. We also appreciated the owner providing the bid and his having a great deal of industry experience. Thus, we moved forward with having Comfort Pros install our new Trane Furnace and AC unit. Comfort Pros did a great job of completing the install on time and the owner also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working correctly.

Jeff and Cale were prompt, knowledgeable, diagnosed my furnace issue quickly and presented me with various options for a fix. I decided to replace the furnace completely, and they ensured that the current one worked properly until the new unit can be installed. Very professional. I would highly recommend.
