Comfort Pros installed new furnace and AC systems for our home a few years ago. Since then, Comfort Pros has performed semi-annual scheduled preventative maintenance on the systems. We really couldn't be happier. The systems work great. The Comfort Pros folks are always professional and prompt. They do great work!

Jeff and his entire team have always been incredibly responsive, professional, and overall just A+ in all our dealings. We recently had an issue with a clogged pipe from the condenser in our AC unit, and they were able to get to us early, their communication was thorough and professional, and Jeff fixed the issue without a problem.

We used Comfort Pros to inspect and clean one HVAC system and replace the second system with a dual fuel heat pump. Jeff was great sharing his knowledge through the quoting process, giving us several options that could meet our needs. He was always quick to respond to our questions. It was easy to accept the quote in the portal.

Installation crew was on time, courtesy, and left the work area clean. They did a great job explaining the inspection results, new system and how to use the new thermostat.
