Comfort Pros

I discovered Jeff and Comfort Pros several years ago when I shopped around for a high efficiency hvac system to replace the contractor grade system that came with the house. I could write several paragraphs about how pleased I am with them over the years, but will just say that whenever anyone asks me, I recommend Jeff and Comfort Pros.

1st company that came to my place didnt do half the testing on my system that Jeff did. Jeff was incredibly proffessional, extremely knowledgeable, and was not just trying to make a sale. I was told my system was done completely by the 1st company. Jeff found a fixable problem and fixed it. He saved me $1000s of dollars. I will be using Comfort Pros for all my ac/heating issues!

I have used this company twice now and I have been very happy with the service provided. They did a repair on my furnace back in February. Then yesterday my central A/C would not turn on. They were able to come out the same day and had us up and running within the hour. Thank you Comfort Pros.

Technician was very thorough and did a great job explaining what he was checking and what he found. He took his time and did not rush. I was very satisfied with the service and I plan to have them back in the summer to check the AC unit.

We were please with the thorough explanation of the work to be performed and the different levels of options available for a new install of furnace and AC. We felt well educated by the professionals from the time of the quote to the end of the install. Would highly recommend.

Contacted and scheduled service for a swamp cooler. The technician was prompt and friendly. Very efficient and explained the issue and necessary repair. Great service and reasonably priced. I’d recommend giving them a call.

I wanted to add an update after I got an electrician out to my home that everything that was diagnosis from Cale was correct, he gave me all the right information and now my AC is working with out a problem!

Cale was great, he came on time and went through everything with me and was very professional. Even though he was not able to fix my AC (At no fault of his or the company) He told me what was wrong and why it was not starting and gave me suggestions on how to fix the main problem. He never told me I needed a new unit or needed to spend more money for him to run more test on the unit its self.

Jeff the owner is a world class guy. This company pays attention to the details and is very honest. Really spent the time with me to determine what I needed. 21 year old Air conditioner went out. Put in new Air and heater and installation was terrific. Showed up on time and cleaned up completly. World class job.... YOU are stupid not to us this company.

I received a reasonable quote for a new Trane furnace and AC unit. Jeff and the rest of the crew arrived on time and successfully installed a new unit replacing my old cracked furnace and minimally performing twenty year old unit.
The new system is a dream doing all that Jeff indicated that it would do. It is efficient, quiet and does its job. After the installation was complete they cleaned up the worksite and educated me about the WiFi capabilities. I am extremely happy I chose to go with Comfort Pros and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system.

When they gave us our quote, they didn't throw random things to try to get more money out of us, and they were up front with their pricing, when they came for the installation, it was quick and they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we knew all of the important information we needed
