Comfort Pros

We use Comfort Pros for the regular service/maintenance on our Rinnai tankless water heater and they're great. Jeff is so professional, courteous, and friendly. Great quality small business to support and we know we're in good hands.

Ryan was very friendly and professional. He wasn’t trying to upsell me and gave feedback on how to maintain my unit. He even taught me a few things on my thermostat that I didn’t know (just bought the house). Bonus that I checked my mail when he was here and saved the $79 service call fee from the value pack in the mail. Will definitely them again.

Well, our home ended being a tough one to figure out how to cool! Comfort Pros have never given up! They are continuing to make our home feel cool, and me being a tradesmen also I know the frustration and trying to make the customer happy and I know they will complete that task & can’t wait for the spring to get our home to the Comfort Pro Standards of Living comfortable!

We approved Jeff’s proposal to replace our aging HVAC system but due to our vacation plans we were a couple months away from our install date when our A/C stopped working. I called the office and Hillary immediately setup a service call the next day. Cale, a very pleasant young man, came out and replaced the capacitor at no charge. It’s so nice to do business with a company that is so customer oriented.
