I had an appointment scheduled through my warranty company and Carmen from Comfort Pros called first thing in the morning to confirm we would be available for the tech to come. Andy called when he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. He was professional, courteous and went out of his way to confirm our deductible. He indicated there was a plastic piece making a rattling noise in our condenser and no need for repair (he removed the noise maker). Great service before, during and after!

When I saw Andy back the service van and trailer into the long driveway with more accuracy than threading a needle I knew I made the right choice! The entire experience of replacing my 18yr old system was seamless and worry free (we had heat the same day!). Chris did the initial bid and was very friendly and just a joy to talk to. I'm curious, like to learn, and ask questions. I never got the feeling I was bothering or interrupting Andy while he was working. Andy always took the time to explain what he was doing, share his expertise, or make a recommendation. It was easy to trust Andy and give him access to the house to get the job done. Sal did a great job installing everything on the inside. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my question and I didn’t feel like I was a bother to him.

This company saved us tonight! Our AC unknowingly went out this morning and when we came home from work our house was over 80 degrees. Everywhere else we called (understandably so with the heat) we couldn’t get a tech out for a few days at best. This company was great and had a tech over within 20 minutes of a phone call. He was very professional and kind and was not in the business of screwing us over. He provided us with the information and did not pressure us in any way. Our AC is now working for under $300, even after hours. Thank you!!!

I am a homeowner with a "home warranty" company that i puchased online and pay a fairly pricey monthly subscription for. I made a claim with them because my central A/C stopped cooling my home. It should be noted that this is a large nationwide company that only sells warranty policies to homeowners (they don't do the repairs), and they have a reputation for very poor customer service. The consumer makes a claim, then this company assigns it to a local contractor for repairs. The company assigned to me was Comfort Pros.
Comfort Pros contacted me via text and email immediately after my warranty company assigned my claim to them to schedule an appointment. They got me scheduled within just a couple days to diagnose the issue, and were great about working around my difficult and sporadic work schedule. The technician who arrived at my home (Steve) arrived in a new-looking, very clean work van with their company logo all over it. I received a text when he was on his way, and when he arrived at my home, which I really liked. He was in a full uniform, was very personable, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even gave me his cell number in case I thought of any other questions later.
Fast forward and VERY long story short, it took three more trips to my home from Comfort Pros for them to get my claim approved through my home warranty company. They kept requesting more photos, more this, more that. Over the week and a half it took to get my claim approved, I got to know Carmen and Austin at Comfort Pros on a first-name basis. There was even one evening where Carmen was in the stands at her child's softball game, and was STILL on the phone with me and simultaneously sending emails to my warranty company trying to get my claim apprived. I bet in total it took upwards of 25-plus phone calls from start to finish to get this job done-simply because my warranty company is so difficult. And every single time they were patient and helpful. Not to mention the three return trips by techs to my home for additional photos, etc-which cost the company money for fuel, wages, etc.
In the end, Carmen and Austin managed to get my claim approved and their techs installed a brand new outdoor A/C unit, new A-Coil and indoor components, and fitted the new equipment into my my existing HVAC system seamlessly. Austin told me to plan for most of the day for install, and they were in and out in three hours. They took all the old equipment and trash away and the install looks great.
The home warranty company I use is widely known to be a nightmare to deal with, both for consumers and for contractors. Comfort Pros made this experience so much more bearable.
And to other homeowners out there who have those national home warranty companies, listen up: when you make your claim with them online and that local repair company shows up to do the job, they are doing so at a predetermined contract rate. Which is probably less than a hundred bucks. So be patient with the local company. As I found out in my ordeal, they are at the mercy of the big national warranty company and often have to jump through a lot of hoops to get your job done. Thanks Comfort Pros for going to bat for me with my warranty company and getting my system replacement approved. I already have and will continue to recommend your company!

Thanks goodness we have a new AC in place for this summer!
Unfortunately, we found out earlier this year that our AC unit had a leak and it needed to be replaced. We called several companies in the area for diagnostics and quotes. Everyone was able to schedule a time that worked for our time frame to come to our house to complete a diagnostic check and give us a quote. ComfortPros was the last vendor on our list, and thank goodness we ended up calling them. Their technician, Andy, was very thorough with his diagnostic process. He answered all of our questions we had and explained what was wrong. We never felt like he was trying to sell us on something more pricey.
Once we decided to go with ComfortPros for installation (since their proposal was the best out of all quotes we received), we got to work with Austin, the Sales Manager. Austin helped us sort through our options and how to complete the financing steps. It was super easy and convenient using the hyperlink he provided. We were then told that our unit was ready to install immediately once the paperwork was completed. Overall, I felt like we got a very honest and personable experience from a small family business, which we truly appreciate. I highly recommend ComfortPros as a vendor for everyone's home! #smallbusiness #smallbusinesssupport
