Many thanks for repairing my heating system. I have to say I am very impressed with Pro Cool Heating and Cooling. Professional, courteous, friendly, experienced, qualified and committed are words that come to mind. Curtis came out and explained what was going on and what needed to be done. Matt came out to our new home to inspect my HVAC system. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He took the time to not only do the inspection but also answer all of my questions. All though the previous owners had regular checks on the furnace, and great upkeep, they failed to change the filter in the humidifier for quite some time. It was visually disturbing how old it looked. I was so thankful that he had the filter I needed on hand and was able to get that switched during the visit. He gave me tips on what to do to keep my furnace in great shape and let me know what to expect when he comes back out in the Spring. I will definitely be using this company again!

Pro cool just installed a whole new HVAC for me and was impressed by how professional they were. I felt the price was very fair for the efficiency of the HVAC especially since they use Trane as the brand. Compared to the other estimates they were the cheapest even for a better efficient option.

I have used this guy for years. This dude showed up Christmas eve, fixed my heater when the temperature out side was subzero temp. Resonable rates as far as i am concerned. When my freinds ask who I use, i recommend this guy every time.

Todd with Pro-Cool was very professional and did an excellent job installing our new AC and furnace units. They had already scheduled us and had our order in place when our AC unit completely went out. Pro-Cool was wonderful and was able to work us in sooner which saved us many extra days without AC in 90 degree weather. Pro-Cool was friendly and professional from the initial call with Kristi to the estimate and job completion by Todd. In addition, they were very competitive and fair with their estimate. We highly recommend Pro-Cool.

Awesome, my highest recommendation! My AC conked out. Todd got here the next morning and in less than an hour had it up an running. It was just a capacitor but he could have easily told me I needed a new unit. When I do need a new unit Pro Cool is getting my call.
