Comfort Pros Heating & Cooling

We only needed a tune up before the summer heat kicks in. Carmen worked with my work schedule and scheduled us within a few days. Andy and Steven checked everything over within a few minutes because our system didn't need anything more. Good guys, professional, and courteous. Look forward to seeing them again in the fall.

Comfort Pros installed a new Trane HVAC system for us. They came out did an assessment and discovered a freon leak. They quickly provided a quote and worked us in on the same day. Andy, our tech, did a great job. We will not hesitate to use them again if need be.

Carmen and Stephen were beyond blessings to me today. My husband has stage 4 cancer and our ac stopped working Sunday. When I called and explained the issue Carmen was more than kind and assisted in getting me serviced today. When Stephen came he was very professional and made sure the unit was up and working and then checked to ensure the coolant was at the proper level as well. Both Carmen and Stephen did so much more than a normal customer service; they both went above and beyond and were my angels. If my unit ever goes wonky again; I will tell my warranty company I only want my unit serviced with your company!!! Thank you for having these two on your team, they are highly valued!!

Austin and Carmen were very helpful navigating through the replacement of my hvac system, including dealing with a less than cooperative home warranty company, financing and scheduling. Sal did great work on the install, very professional job and went the extra mile.

WOW!!!! Andy to the rescue. Yesterday after weeks of being "ghosted" by our previous A/C company we reached out to Comfort Pros. Carmen answered the phone and was so prompt to get us taken care of. We are a Dental Office in need of working units. She sent Chris out who was professional and kind. Andy came out and went above and beyond to get us working.
