Dad’s Heating and Cooling

I called around 4/5 pm to see if I could schedule someone to come look at my AC today. Even after letting them know I could wait until tomorrow, they managed to get to my house by 6 pm. What we thought would be a huge repair ended up being only a few smaller things, which the tech was so diligent about ensuring everything was addressed. I’m so glad I went with my gut and called Dad’s cooling instead of another company. As someone else’s review mentioned, they were so sweet to my dogs who loved the extra attention. I’m back to loving my new house and no longer dreading the hot summer. Thank you so much, keep being amazing!

We wanted to run a gas line to our kitchen and initially it looked like it would be really tricky to do it. We are remodeling and wanted to get it done before sealing up the ceiling. The owner called the same evening and had someone out early the next morning. His bid was great and was able to complete the project that day, so we could proceed in our renovations. The worker was patient and helpful and answered our questions and got the job done quickly. The hole needed to be re-drilled closer to the wall, but we didn't mind so much, it will be covered up, but it was better so the unit could move closer to the wall. He sealed up the other hole.

Outstanding customer service. So hard to find these days - but you will find it with this company. Dan and Brian were super quick responding to an urgent request we had to fix our AC. It ended up being an unusual problem and they both worked diligently to make sure everything was fixed. They were courteous and friendly. They were great with our dogs and instantly created a trusted feeling as they had to come and go all throughout our house. We were extremely impressed with their quality of work and their impressive customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use again without hesitation.

My furnace went out. I called as soon as they opened. They were at my house within an hour. They assessed the problem & before I knew it they were back with a new furnace. They explained everything to me. Great honest guys. I would recommend them to anyone. My new furnace was up & running that day by 5pm

Needed help on a Saturday (noonish)to fix my ac unit that was not cooling. Requested a quote online through Angie's list then canceled out of it without submitting the request. They called me 30 second later and said we'll be there between 2-4. He didn't actually show up until 6, but called several times to update me on the arrival time. Very nice, very quick, and super friendly. Very thorough as well. Definitely saving this number for future needs! A wonderful small business!

We hired a guy to install a new AC and furnace, long story short he completely botched the job. The AC was freezing up on and off, Dad’s heating and cooling basically reinstalled everything properly, cleaned up leaking oil and connected the flue to our water heater that the guy had left off and was therefore allowing carbon monoxide into leak into our home. They did everything they could to help us and remedy the bad situation the previous guy had left us in. We will absolutely be using Dad’s going forward, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

Dan answered the phone immediately on the 4th of July. I was charged a holiday trip fee, but that's absolutely fair. Brian wanted to spend the holiday with his family and STILL came out. Not only that, but he was EXTREMELY thorough. I mean extremely. I recommend this business without hesitation!

On a Saturday I called for my elderly mother because her air conditioner went out, and within an hour the service man was there fixing her unit. The issue was quickly resolved within an hour, and my mother was delighted at how pleasantly the repairman treated her. A great overall experience.

Realized my house was a bit warm, called Dad's Heating and Cooling at 5:04pm, by 8:15 our A/C was fixed and house cooling again. Very appreciative for the prompt and polite service even at the end of a long day.

These people are honest, hardworking and reasonably priced. I had an issue with my air conditioner on a Friday afternoon and they still fit me in same day and got it repaired. Great local small business.
