Great customer service. Our furnace stopped working and they came the same day to fix it. Very nice people to work with!

Dan responded quickly to my inquiry and sent out Donny who was very knowledgable but willing to teach how to take care of an a/c unit. He was able to point out areas we need to fix in the future with our furnace but without high pressure sales tactics. Both men were professional yet friendly. Don't hesitate to hire these guys.

Donny was a friendly service person. With a simple flip of the switch air conditioner was back at work. Looks like the transformer is going out on a 30 plus years AC/Furnace. He explained the advantages of a new updated system and the money we would save on it. No high pressure tactics, just factual info. Very refreshing, and honest. Still considering what to do. Will probably pull the trigger on a new system in a day or two.

I talked to the owner to schedule help with my water heater, the next day Donald who works with him was here at agreed time and gave notice he was on the way so I could put my dogs up. Little things like that show respect and responsibility which proceeded from there through the whole service. Donald noted some things in the furnace that I had not noticed. He was very informative and really showed a caring attitude. Honestly, I have to say this was the best service person I have ever dealt with and highly recommend
him and the owner was also quick to follow up on how everything went. GREAT SERVICE CALL

Dan helped me out in the dead of summer when my AC unit wasn't working. I have 3 baby girls that would have suffered tremendously if it was not for Dan. He is one of the nicest guys i have had the privilege to meet and would not accept payment of anything other than the materials that were used to fix my AC unit. I would recommend to anyone.
