Comfort Pros

I had central air installed a couple of months ago and tried to turn on my furnace a couple of days ago, it didn't work. I called comfort pro's and stated my furnace was not blowing heat just air conditioning. They immediately stated we can be out today to fix it. (What really) it didn't fit my schedule so they went out of their way to show up first thing the next morning at 7am so they could have it fixed before I had to go to work. Amazing company and super professional. They finance also!! Definitely would recommend this company to all my family and friends!!

Comfort Pros was easy to work with and very friendly. The main office communicated with me quickly about a weather delay and was flexible when re-scheduling. The tech that came to my home was friendly and respectful and answered all of my questions. Overall good experience

Received an update when tech was enroute - was awesome to have an accurate heads up with a 2 yr old and dog! Jeff was able to isolate and fix the issue in just minutes. Very relieved it was nothing major, but Jeff took the additional time to look things over and make sure there were no underlying issues. Excellent service! Highly recommend

Ryan was very helpful and seemed to do good work. I was very happy with his explanations of the issues I was facing and trusted his recommendations.
He serviced two units, tested system pressure, fixed a leaking valve and added some Freon.
Would hire them again.

Jeff and his crew worked hard all day! They were careful to keep floors protected and completely cleaned up when the job was done. He also made sure we understood how all the new equipment works. They were wonderful!

When I called I talked to Jeff who was helpful and got us scheduled in the next day, then when the tech Cale came out he was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He was transparent in exactly what he was doing and how it will change the effectiveness of our A/C unit. I’d definitely recommend these guys!
