Nate and his teammate were AWESOME! Our water heater went out completely and was leaking badly; he was able to install a new one less than 24 hours later. Very fair pricing, fast, great work. Nate even took the time to explain the whole new system to me. Will absolutely use him again!

AMAZING service after 2 failed attempts by a large mainstream HVAC company to fix my air conditioning. Nate picked up the phone on the first ring, walked me through his quotes, and scheduled a time to come by. They were prompt and professional, welcomed the dogs out to assist with refilling my refrigerant, and offered to show me what steps they were taking.

Will only be calling this company for any future needs. Their prices are competitive, their service is quick, they are responsive, and the technicians were great!

I have 2 3 ton A/C units. 1 was not pushing out cold air at all and the other was failing. Nate was able to assess the issue quickly and suggest a fix immediately. Ended up replacing 2 capacitors and adding 2 start up capacitors as the units didnt have them included so its was straining the units everytime they would start. With parts and labor it was $1k. Great deal especially in this 100 degree weather! Thanks again guys!

I wish I could give Nathan 6 stars! We had our furnace stop working on a 10 degree day, and by some miracle, Nathan was able to come out the same day. Thankfully the issue was a quick fix, but we were so impressed with his helpfulness and professionalism. We will use Blue Mountain for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs, and highly recommend!

We had Nathan replace our furnace and air conditioner and he was very professional throughout the entire process. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess behind! He explained the process along the way and throughorly explained the new thermostat in easy to understand instructions and offered to come back if we had further questions. He is honest and reliable. We will definitely call on Blue Mountain for any other services we need in the future.

My wife and I cannot recommend Nathan, the owner of Blue Mountain, enough. He is honest, thorough, reliable and offers far more reasonable prices than the giant plumbing/heating/air conditioning companies with the same skill set and attention to detail. In fact, we sought him out after 2 large plumbing companies were at a loss as to how to fix our hot water heater. We handed them large sums of money repeatedly and nothing ever was fixed for long. After Nate came to inspect our system we have not had any issues whatsoever. He is a pleasure to work with and we're happy to support his business.

We hired Nathan to clean, test, and certify our furnace in preparation for selling the house. He found that the combustion air intake in the (old) house was not adequate for the size of the furnace. He was willing to let us make the simple repair (for $50 worth of parts and a couple of hours of our time) and email him photos of the new intake duct, at which point he promptly certified the furnace. I was very impressed with his flexibility and professionalism. This is the third time I've used Blue Mountain, and I will keep calling on them as needed.

When I wanted to add more information and called him back before the service appointment, he again called back promptly and was quite knowledgeable. Received excellent reminder e-mail, and call. The basic service requests, plus a mystery problem were both handled - and solved!
