Great quality service! Eastside was quick to get us on their schedule, even with the high demand for these services right now. Raul was timely and easy to work with. Not only did he clean our outside unit and replace our coolant, but he also gave us some advice on how to better maintain our system and how often to call his team for standard maintenance. The pricing was in line with what is expected for these services. As first time homeowners, we are so happy to find a company we can continue to work with!

My wife and I love this company. They installed a brand new system in our house and we can't recommend them enough. Everything about our transaction with this company was great! They did solid work for an agreed upon price...no surprises. We even decided to have them back soon after our installation to upgrade our thermostat and clean our ductwork. I will continue to use them and will confidently recommend them to my friends or anyone who asks.

Can’t thank Luis and Nester enough for coming out so promptly to check on our furnace. It got down to -2 degrees last night and our 6 month old’s room was 63 degrees when our house was set at 75. They came out immediately and helped us out. Highly recommend these guys if you ever need anything hvac or furnace related.

My home was built in 2013 and Eastside was the company that installed the HVAC system. This is how I became aware of them. I had them come out today for a cleaning. Raul was the service technician and he was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Prior to starting the job, I appreciated him walking me through what the service included, and showing me the parts after they had been cleaned.
Though, I don’t have that much to compare it to, I believe the pricing was reasonable as well
I hope I don’t need them to come out again anytime soon, but if I do, they’ll be the call.

We have been using Eastside since we purchased our home in 2016. They are very responsive to our calls and appointments were easily made.
All the technicians have been excellent, especially Efren, and they always take their time to explain the work they performed.

I requested an ac repair early in the summer and used Eastside based on soonest available. As a result, I did not have ac for almost the whole summer due to their incompetency. Initially, they cleaned out the furnace because it was dirty, and this fixed it for less than a week. They were able to come back a week later and noted the other person missed a whole section because they didn’t actually take the furnace apart. This was cleaned out, however, again, the air stopped working 2 weeks later. They came back a few more times and were unable to figure out what the problem was. This spanned over a couple months. I kept having them come back, because I did not want to have to pay another company for diagnostics all over again, plus everybody was booked 3 weeks out. Shame on me! I eventually was able to find the company that installed the ac and turns out it was under warranty. They came and were able to diagnose low refrigerant with a leak immediately!!! Simple problem. They also told me the fan part Eastside ended up replacing after their 4th visit was under warranty. When I spoke with the manager from Eastside, he said they don’t work with Amana, so I still had to pay… what?!? That’s a lie, and I don’t even believe the fan was actually not working. Despite me discussing with management that they misdiagnosed the problem time and time again, and that I should not have to pay for a service that did not fix the issue, he was adamant I had to pay. 550 dollars for no ac all summer. That’s ridiculous!! I’m ashamed of my own stupidity that I kept having Eastside come back. If you want your ac fixed by a competent and trustworthy company, DO NOT use Eastside!

We had Eastside install a new AC unit in our home in 2016, recommended by our contractor. We've had nothing but problems with it ever since. The air handler has leaked and set off our smoke alarms in the middle of the night. It freezes several times every summer. It's frozen again right now and it's going to be 96 degrees today. We've had other companies come out and try to repair it over the years and they all say Eastside put in a condenser much too large for our house and that is why it keeps freezing. Eastside has chosen not to stand by their work in our case, unfortunately. We spent a lot of money on a new system that has never worked properly. I cannot recommend this company.

Excellent first impression from this company. Their label was on the furnace in the house I purchased last year. I called and they were able to reference the warranty with my address. They also saved me a $75 visit fee by providing some simple troubleshooting steps which fixed the issue. Thank you Eastside Heating and Air Conditioning!
