Great local company with amazing attention to detail. We sent a request for a quote and within 24 hours we had an appointment that accommodated our work schedule.

Nate and Max were scheduled for our in home quote and we received confirmation over text prior to the appointment which provided great detail on how to make any changes if necessary. On the day of the appointment we were reminded of the time frame and again prompted to reach out if any changes were necessary.

Before we reached our scheduled time frame Nate provided a courtesy call to confirm the appointment and let me know he and Max would arrive shortly. On arrival I was already impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided. Nate and Max greeted me at the door they were both in company uniform, presentable and courteous of our home even wearing boot covers. We briefly discussed work to be completed and they began a survey of our furnace, ducting and where to install an AC unit.

We determined there needed to be an update to our electrical panel to handle the AC unit and Nate provided great detail on that and offered help finding an electrician to complete that work as well.

After that we sat down to discuss our options for our new furnace and AC. Nate provided multiple options which included handouts detailing each system with all specifications. We decided on a few different packages that ranged in price and level of efficiency. We didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase but the honesty and transparency provided by To The T made us feel great about our options. Shortly after our appointment ended we received a quote with multiple options as discussed.

We chose to go with a quote provided by To The T and we could not be more happy with that decision.

On the day of our install the crew called with another courtesy call to confirm our appointment and showed up promptly. Not only did they provide exactly what they promised they were extremely pleasant. Second to none with customer service and professionalism. Big thanks to Nate Kam and Max for doing such a great job with everything!

Billing and scheduling was handled by Jen in their office and she was available to answer all of our questions also providing outstanding customer service.

We had an emergency with our water heater on Sunday night. Called To the T and I was sent a free estimate right after I sent pictures. To the T came out the next day and completed the work. Great communication with the 24 hour service line. Megan got me scheduled and dispatched the tech within 24 hours. Great service. Max did a great job with the install. Would defiantly recommend this company. Great experience.

Very responsive when we had a pipe leak. Plumbers came out same day we called; however they had to reschedule to come back the next day with 2 licensed plumbers. Quoted almost $1900 for the repair, but was told if I paid cash or check there was a discount--there was not. After the pipe work was completed and paid for, we were told that they would send a crew out at 8 AM the next morning to clear the pipe. Someone showed up little after 8 without the right equipment, and was saying that the service was not paid for. We were then quoted an additional $875 to clean the drain. After declining offered a discount to $750. Very deceptive in the fact we already paid for a major repair and it was not even fixed completely.

Called another plumber and had the line cleared for $595.

My sump pump was steaming after the downpours and I was worried the pipe was blocked or the motor was breaking down, so I called this company. It is so nice to know a female owns it because when I'm doing house stuff it feels like I could get taken advantage of easily as a young lady corresponding with a mostly male industry... she scheduled me immediately and let me know it would be on the earlier side of the time frame based on what was scheduled before me - so communicative and transparent.
The techs, Max and Barret, were professional, friendly, and helped me plan for what to do if it does breakdown while I'm traveling. They gave me the pricing for a new one ~$750 and didn't pressure me into getting a replacement.
There was a $75 trip fee, which at first did feel like too much money to have someone tell me the pump is old and needs replacing soon, but now I have a great company I will work with again so it paid off.
Love the name and the T shirts. Plus the owner is a teacher like me!!

Called To The T Plumbing and Heating to install a new thermostat I recently purchased. Dan came out was able to install it with no problems. He took the time to inform me of all the benefits of a smart thermostat. I am so happy that I found such a honest company. From my initial call with Jen, and Dan guiding me through all benefits , I would highly recommend To The T for any Plumbing and Heating issues.

I've used To the T Plumbing for a few projects in my house and once again, they did not disappoint! This morning, Max and Will installed a new water heater in my basement. They were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and easy to work with. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the water that had leaked from my old water heater and were very tidy throughout the installation process and removing my old water heater. I truly appreciated them showing up on time and making quick work of the project as well. To the T Plumbing has always done great work for me and have good financing options as well, I'd highly recommend them!

Kameron was awesome!! He was on time, super efficient, and all around a very nice guy! He gave me the quote to replace the seal on my toilet and it was exactly what I paid when he was finished. (It was less than I anticipated!!) He explained everything he did in detail and he cleaned up afterwards; my bathroom was spotless when he left. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Cam and Nate were very helpful and quick to diagnose the problem with my water heater. They were here within 3 hours of my initial call to get someone to come look, and within 10 minutes of arriving at my home they had the water heater fixed. They even took the time to explain what caused the problem. I am delighted with the level of service provided with To the T and will definitely use them again in the future.

I called To The T out for a furnace repair over the weekend. Dan responded very quickly and fitting me into his weekend schedule. I am so happy to have found such a good and honest company. Will definitely be using To The T for any further HVAC or plumbing needs. Highly recommend this great company!!!!
