    * just an update for transparency for everyone: We never recieved the refunded trip charge. I called and left messages for a manager 3 separate times and never got a call back.
    We used Fix-It 24/7 for our home based on a recommendation from a friend, but ended up having a very different experience than them. This company will try to rip you off, so please get second opinions. There have been 3 times now when they have come out to our home, gave us an outrageous quote, and pocketed the trip fee for nothing. We had a backed up, secondary drain in our basement. The quote for only snaking the drain was $750! We called around to other companies and got quotes for $100. When we called Fix it 24/7 to express our disappointment and ask for a refund on the trip fee, they said they never quoted us that and would not give us a refund. My father and my husband were both with the technician who provided the quote and are 100% sure the quote was $750, which is why we didn't have them do the work. They refused to refund the trip fee and the technician refused to send us the quote in writing. This is an easy way for them to make money off trip fees I guess. This isn't the first time(its the third) we have received ridiculous quotes from this company and had to pay a trip fee. They are untrustworthy and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    ***In response to your reply, we already did try to call to make it right, but we were told we were wrong and the tech didn't make that quote (which is not true) and they would not give us a refund. So we already tried and you guys still didn't make it right.

    ***I just checked and we have not gotten a refund. If you are being told by your technician that he quoted us at $138, he is not being honest with you, which isn't all that surprising. I also have asked twice now for his quote in writing and still never got a response from him.

    Greg came to install my undercounter lights. Not only was Greg a professional but he was kind and certainly did a wonderful job. I would recommend Greg for any electrical job and I would ask him to come back for any electrical need in my future. Thank you Greg.

    Chris came out recently to diagnose a dedicated exterior 50amp circuit box problem. He seemed competent and sympathetic and was personable. The only problem I have is that the price for the diagnosis and replacement seemed much higher than my research suggested.

    I would highly recommend this company. they were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable. In addition they cleaned up after themselves. I also used them for my heating system. I will use them again.

    Ronald and Eduardo went the extra mile for us. A member of our house has a medical issue that requires us to keep a super clean house and they were super respectful and very clean. They worked incredibly hard and were super professional. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Alex is the best. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We trust him completely. He installed our new HVAC and furnace back in July 2020. He also did our HVAC inspection this April 2022. We are super pleased with him personally and 24/7 as a company.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys came out to fix our AC that had gone out. They quoted us 16k to replace the entire system (stating it’s worth it due to all the “guarantees” they offer). Told us there was a leak, our systems weren’t compatible with each other (told us we had a 5 ton unit inside and a 3 ton unit outside) and that our system had been poorly “custom” installed. Overall, that we needed a total overhaul. Thankfully we chose to get a second estimate from a personal referral and we found out there’s NOTHING wrong with our system. It had iced up and just needed to be turned off. No leak, no compatibility issues, nothing. AC now works great and cost us the price of a site visit. Don’t use these shiesty used car salesmen fronting as an honest business.

    The service is great with Fix-it 24/7, after they get to the house. I am traveling, so I requested they contact my daughter. I was assured this wouldn't be a problem. 4 times so far they have contacted me. So the tech window was missed. Don't expect the office staff to read any notes added to the appointment. They seem to be robots that can only do things one way. 4 times I called and ask if they contacted my daughter, each time the person who answered blamed someone else cause the note is clearly on the appointment. Is it going to be 5 times? We will see, reschedule again for Nov. 2nd.
