    When we had a pipe burst, 24/7 was the only company out of nearly a dozen that could come out in a reasonable amount of time (from call on a holiday to job completion was less than 24 hours).

    Tyler was great! He quickly identified the issue, explained what was needed to fix it and gave advice on how to avoid issues in the future, as it was due to a hose bib freezing.

    Do not book with this company. They are extremely unreliable, promising they can come and then canceling (1st appointment scheduled) or not coming at all (second appointment). I just waited for 2 hours for them to show up, when I could have been at work.

    I arrived home from vacation at 3am to discover my heater had gone out, and it was 40 degrees in my house. Called this number and they assured me someone would be over soon and that I was “next in line for service”. Then radio silence from them, no follow up call. I called them again at 9:30am when I woke up, they apologized and said someone would call me in about half an hour. Nobody called, and after an hour and a half I called them again and cancelled the service call. Blue Sky then sent someone in 45 minutes.
