Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so courteous and helpful. My Serviceman came to my home quickly and identified the problem promptly. Although I did not need extensive repairs as it turned out, the diagnostic and travel fees were reasonable. Brian did an excellent job. Thanks!

Jose was great! He diagnosed the problem quickly. He also checked the rest of the heating system for any other potential problems.

Overall, everything was great. From the on call person, Candice (I think that was her name), to the response time, to Jose getting the furnace working again.

I will recommend Fix It 24/7 to all my family and friends!

Josh had to come to my grandma's to snake her toilet. He was very kind and professional. He stayed and waited for her to get home to explain about the green club. He scheduled for another technician to come out for a electrical issue we are having. Our toilet is good now and will not worry about it over flowing this weekend. Thank you Josh for a job well done

In the summer of 2018 had Fix-it 24/7 install 2 condensers with 5 mini-splits in our Old Town Erie home. They also installed a new electrical panel. The work performed in 2018 was top notch and all the technicians were very professional & timely.
The issue I have now that has prompted me to write a review began 12.22.22 when it was 10 below zero. Both condensers quit, thus no heat coming out. I called and they of course were bombarded with calls and eventually said they'd be there on 12.24.22 and never showed up. They ultimately came to our house on 12.26.22 and the technician said he wasn't familiar with mini-splits and left. On 12.27.22 they send another technician out and he left after an hour plus saying the scope was beyond his capabilities. So now it's been 5 days in extremely cold weather without any heat on our northern facing unit that has 3 splits. The southern facing unit did thaw out and was producing heat. We had space heaters available as well as a high-end gas fireplace that helped to keep the house warm. I called and spoke to them at least 10 times, never once did they call me. I spoke to Xaiver on 12.28.22 and told him I was going to have someone else look at the units and he asked me not to do so as he would have his best tech, George come out on 12.29.22, he never showed up. Luckily, I had scheduled another company (family owned) to come out on 12.30.22 and found out that the north unit was short 1.5lbs of refrigerant. Took him 2 hours to get the unit fully operational.
What was most irritating was I had signed up for a monthly service agreement in September and the only reason I did so was to make sure I had someone available to come out in the middle of winter in case the condensers failed to work. Initially Fix-it 24/7 said they don't work on Mini-splits. But once I explained that they had sold and installed the units they said they'd work on them if needed and signed me up. Xaiver did confirm to me that they don't service or install these systems anymore. This is fine but they should have never signed me up and should have told me on 12.22.22 that they wouldn't be able to help get them fixed especially given the extreme cold.
Note: I spent almost $30k with them and used them solely on the fact that they were on Tom Martino's troubleshooter show and network. They did cancel my membership but failed to refund 4 months of dues $14.95/month they collected for a false sense of security.

I had an inspection done on my furnace and found out I needed to replace my blower motor and the inducer motor. I’m pretty handy at some repairs myself so I replaced the blower motor but I had Eric with Fix it 24/7 replace the collector box and gasket because it was leaking and put a new inducer motor in. He was from the start very professional, clean and thorough. He even gave some good advice on keeping the furnace in good working order. Highly recommend them for all your hvac needs.

It was a second opinion on the furnace. He found no problems with the furnace e we hole the other company told me I needed a new furnace. He showed me everything to look for. And there was no problems I do appreciate that.

I had them come out and inspect my furnace as it was making a noise when it turned on. They had replaced the blower fan motor in 2019 so I thought maybe the part might be under warranty. The technician found that the fan was hitting the cage housing and had damaged the cage housing. He stated that the motor, fan, cage housing, and capacitor needed to be replaced. Although the motor was still running so I'm skeptical of whether the motor and capacitor needed to be replaced. I was charged $1,416 for the blower motor, $1,375 for the blower wheel and cage, and $155 for a new capacitor. I emailed them twice asking for a breakdown for how much the labor was and how much the parts were, but never got a response. I looked up the items and found that the blower cage and fan were $200, the blower motor was $500, and the capacitor was $10. I have also called the office and was told that a HVAC manager would call me within 24-48 hours, but have not received a call and it's been 4 days. My issue is that the process of replacing the blower motor is the exact same as replacing the fan wheel and cage. You have to take the fan wheel and cage out to take the motor out. So really you just need to swap the damaged cage for the new cage and then put the new motor in. However, I'm being charged twice for labor even though it's the exact same process. I should only have had to pay for the price of the blower fan and wheel not the labor as it's the same process. Also, 150% market up on a $10 part for the capacitor is excessive price gouging. I should have only paid for the part of the capacitor as well. This company will charge you as much as they can and then you can't get a hold of them to talk to anyone about it. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company since they've decided not to respond to me.
They also suggested that I replaced the HVAC unit as it 20 years old. The were right on top of having someone come out to quote me for a new system and I have been getting emails from them on a follow to replace the system for $24,000, but no response as to the work they have already done.

Simply put Brandon B at Fix-it 24/7 is the BEST plumber I have ever encountered- period. Total professional; straight shooter; respectful of home to a level never experienced prior! I will continue to utilize Fix-it 24/7 for all my future plumbing needs and will specifically ask for Brandon B by name every time because I know his quality of work and character. Accolades to his apprentice Micheal- total class act whom deserves some credit too.

Our experience was Fix It 24-7 started out a little rough, but they have been able to change our opinion with good customer service since then. They originally came out to do a basic AC check before the start of the summer season on our three year old unit and let us know that everything looked great. 1 1/2 weeks later when we turn the AC system on for the first time it did not work. We had them come back out and they informed us that the three year old unit was going to need major repairs into the thousands of dollars. We were very frustrated that they had just been out and told us the unit looked great and the fact that it is a three year old unit, and now we’re having to do major repairs. We really doubted if indeed we had received a good HVAC check, and if indeed we did, how our system could have failed so badly so quickly. The repair process took many steps and we were getting pretty frustrated with being without AC for five days. But ultimately they made it up to us through refunding the HVAC check that we paid for and getting our system up and running again. Ellis has been a great technician to work with and we would highly recommend him.

The staff at Enterprise Heating Cooling Service was really kind and knowledgeable. He treated our pit bull like a puppy, which was wonderful; He was really considerate of all of our needs and even arrived early for the appointment! He checked everything again for us in the attic as well! Anyone using this firm should definitely consider this technician!
