Just had water heater installed, in the words of the town inspection..."this is a work of beauty, absolutely perfect"...had our heat/ac replaced last February by same company, so far everything is perfect, also had the water pressure regulator valve replaced a few months ago, same work..perfect.
All techs have been on time, friendly, explained their work and helped to bring us up to speed on how to prevent future failures. Excellent company!!
Only complaint is the cost, fix it 24/7 is expensive, but worth it in the end.

Stephen is amazing! He truly cares about his customers. His workmanship is excellent and his passion is apparent!! He worked hard on a Sunday to install a new HVAC system in my home. A great asset to the Fix-it 24/7 team!

My breaker box quit supplying almost all the power to my house late last night and this great business had a wonderful electrician, I believe his name was Cody, out to my house the next morning. He was a very nice guy who had 19 years of experience! A new main breaker box was installed by him and a small team shortly after running diagnostics. I was extremely stressed out initially and was very appreciative of the fast response and also grateful to Cody for putting my worries at ease and explaining what the problem was. Great job team!!!

Greg came out and was outstanding in his quality of work and definitely made me happy that i chose fix it 24/7 UPDATE AGAIN Greg was the best.

Isaac and Cole were exceptional, genuine and hard working guys. They did not stop working only for a lunch break. They were funny, kind, respectful and considerate. It was awesome to watch how tedious electrical work really is and I grew an appreciation for their jobs. They deserve a raise and free meals for a week! Thank you for making my experience awesome you guys! I am also grateful for Corey who quoted me and was able to get me discounts. I just moved into this home and my main panel literally would shut off my power if you touched it or looked at it wrong. Everyone took great care of me and Isaac even got a plumber Gage out here same day to quote me on plumbing repairs I needed too (which got repaired today!) Gage was informative, helpful, funny and very polite. He helped change out piping underneath my sinks that had weird flex tubes previously installed and installed a garbage disposal. Angie and Lesley were also great dispatchers and kept me updated! Great company and great people. Thanks for taking care of your employees and customers. It shows and it made me feel like I had friends around me, a connection and that's huge to me and my experiences in life. Thank you all!

Jose, Chazz, Stephen and Charles they all did a fantastic job. Jose would not leave until we had heat. The installation was awesome! Highly recommended this company.

I pay $30 a month which I thought was for twice annual service. We’ll come to find out, it’s once a year. They say that they checked my AC in August with my furnace and they can’t do the AC in the spring to get ready for the summer because it will put too much pressure on the system. Very disappointed!!!

Ronald been very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We recommend him and we will use his service again.
